Stopped in at this Walgreens because it was on the way to my destination, I was on my way to pickup a Western Union transfer, they refused to help me out because the manager was not done balancing the till, and instructed me to wait until someone loaded money with them which could have been awhile. If this had been money I needed to pay rent or other important things I'd have been screwed.There's so many people struggling enough as it is we have to deal with customer service at this level.I've been to so many other Walgreens where the manager would just cash it out from a regular register, but the manager at this particular store would not lift a finger to help. She simply stated "my hands are tied."The customer service is lacking and I'll not go back to this store again.The workers were very nice, just not a great experience.

Do not use their pharmacy. My son needed his inhaler transferred from another Walgreens and the lady at the window acted like I was lying that he had a prescription there. The next day I go a text from the other Walgreens we use (it’s not a 24 hour) saying that his inhaler was ready with them. So dissatisfied with how they treated us that day.

I purchased an Apple gift card for my own use in my ipad. The card was never activated in the store, although they gave me a receipt showing it was. I contacted Apple and they confirmed it was never activated.When I contacted the store, I was told...no refund.I didn't want a refund, I wanted the. To actually activate my card. They refused, so I am out $40. I hope the cashier who checked me out enjoys my cash in her pocket because that's the only thing that makes sense.I won't be returning to this store,even though it's the closest to my house. I won't be stolen from again.

isabella did not have very pleasant customer service at checkout. Other then that, what I needed was in stock so I was happy about that.

Not a classic old-time drugstore. A bit more of everything, including: things that you forgot @ the grocery store !It's my go-to Pharmacy, competitively priced and properly dispensed RX. There's one close to you, try them out.Mine is located @ 63rd and MacArthur in n OKC.

One of the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with is an employee here. Before I could even answer a question she ask she would interrupt me to either ask another questions or just make a statement. When asking when my prescription would be ready she gave me a time of 4 hours later and 30 min before the close. 4 hours? Really? That has never been a time I’ve dealt with before… I’m not even sure she received my full name because she cut me off before I could get my last name out. I sure hope they find employees that want to work soon! It’s getting really ridiculous to put up with rude, disrespectful people who need to stay home instead of dealing with the public on a daily basis!

Had a FedEx package (someone else's urgently needed pet meds) mistakenly delivered to my house. I dropped it off to the onsite FedEx location to be returned. Shortly after I left the store the intended recipient of the package returned my voicemail and I drove all the way back to this Walgreens to make sure they would keep the package for her to come pick up. I spoke with manager Janice and she assured me several times that I could leave the package there and they would leave a note and give it to the intended recipient when they arrived to pick it up. She did not do that, the package was gone when the intended recipient arrived to pick it up and is now being sent to the same incorrect address again. Because of this lapse a sick pet is days late getting its medication. If the pet suffers any health consequences i have recommended the pet owner take this to small claims court because that is a tragic failure of communication.

Staff is always personable, helpful, and friendly, management included. I have gone to this location over eight years and have really felt comfortable and welcome each and every time. The store is very clean and accommodating.

My friend has dropped off two packages at the onsite FedEx here, and both times the packages have been stolen. I've never received them, and FedEx never even got them. I'd avoid doing any business here.

The Walgreens customer service is non existent. They don’t even try to stand behind the products the sell.I purchased a 3 month supply of estrogen patches. Here’s the problem, they don’t stick to stay attached to my skin.I took said patches back to the Walgreens pharmacy in Oklahoma City on 6350 N MacArthur Blvd. I spoke with a Pharm D on duty who let me know she cannot refund nor replace defective patches. I can however purchase a different brand of patches for $400.00 or buy water proof coverings to hold the patches on.I asked if the manufacturer would stand behind their products. She replied that I could try by calling them. I asked for the manufacturers phone number. She said it was on my package insert. (It’s not there). I went back asking for manufactures (Mylan) phone number and she gave me a number to call. I called that number and it was for financial services!!!!! I go back for a THIRD time and after a LOT of searching she found the elusive number for Mylan. I’ve left a message with Mylan so we’ll see what happens with that.Seems kind of odd to me that when a product that Walgreens sells and is defective it is left up to me to work it out. What do I need Walgreens for?These patches are not cheap and are NOT covered by my insurance. I have 1 box that has not even been opened. Can’t get a refund or replacement for any of the 3 boxes.I called Walgreens corporate office and explained what happened.. They replied “So you’d like to make a complaint?” I give upMoral to this story if you choose to use Walgreens do so at your own risk. They do NOT stand behind their products and their customer service is non-existent. What else can be said?
