When I talked to him on the phone they said yeah come on bring it down and I had to pay to have it towed down there you know what I got there he's like what's 2 weeks out so and then he wouldn't even help me move the car to another mechanic shop after they got me to bring it there saying they're going to work on it and they said we don't do that until 2 weeks before I get to it I talked to him and his wife and they both said that and more excited to get there like they're going to do something and then I got there they didn't want to work on it cuz they said they're too far out in 2 weeks so we don't even want to touch it that's rude and it cost me like hundreds of dollars because of that sorry they seem like nice people but their customer service and thoughtfulness of people situations is not there

Was on a trip heading back home to Arizona when the DEF system in my duramax took a crap on me. We were ultimately stuck in OKC until it was fixed, I called around and another shop was really cool and honest to recommend ZN to check out for diesel repairs.
I called first thing Monday morning and brought it over to his shop. Very knowledgeable and was quick to determine what the issue was. I usually do all my own work so I’m skeptical on where I go in emergencies like this.
After leaving my truck with him it took all of about one business day to get me in and out. I really appreciated it and his understanding our family was stuck and needed to get back on the road.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, Would highly recommend.

ZN was awesome. Vehicle was repaired perfectly. They also went above and beyond by replacing some sensors that were bad. Great customer service and they will be the only ones I use going forward.

I took my 1997 Ford F250 here, spent way too much money and the mechanic Zac didn’t fix the only thing I brought it in for. Spent about 2k here and was told he couldn’t tighten the steering anymore without a new gear box. That was a lie. He also jammed my door and told me I would need a whole new door to replace it… the inside mechanics just needed a good clean. He also put in a new fuel pump and now my back fuel gauge doesn’t work.. he said it’s not his problem because he didn’t flip the switch from “front” to “back” tanks. My new mechanic said he cut my hoses too short and missed a washer. He also Jerry rigged my glow plugs without asking me and ended up burning out the panel. This guy SUCKS.
I took it to Prosperity Diesel out by McLoud and he put a new steering shaft on and wow, a world of difference is an understatement.
Highly recommend Prosperity Diesel to any Ford diesel owners.
