Since it was not a serious problem, I chose to let the issue wait until after the New Year. I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited to the final repair. That is service!”
“Everyone I dealt with at Lander’s were friendly and helpful but especially my salesman Tom Drommond. I bought a new 2023 Corvette and Tom made it easy. He was very knowledgeable and he walked me through the process all the way. He was great! He answered all of my questions and was helpful without ever making me feel pressured. He was the reason I picked Landers to buy from. I had already been to 3 other chevy dealerships and walked out because of high pressure salesmen who were trying to sell me something I didn’t want. I really appreciate the way he made me feel comfortable and important. I knew exactly what I wanted and Tom got it for me. I put my deposit down on my car in December but I’m just picking it up from the museum tomorrow. It was a long wait but Tom kept me updated the whole time. Whenever I had a question or needed some reassurance, Tom was there. Give that man a raise! He deserves it. I say again, he was the reason I picked Lander’s Chevrolet to buy from. I was already going to buy a Corvette from someone . I had already picked my car out in advance. My only decision was, who I was going to buy it from. Thank you Tom Drommond!”

“Just want to give a big shout out and thanks to Criswell’s, Purcell, OK, for tire service received yesterday, Wednesday October 10, 2025. Driving from Maysville to Norman, but along the way our right rear tire started leaking fast on I35 northbound. Down to 4 lbs pressure in matter of minutes. Managed to get off at North Purcell exit and literally coasted into Criswell’s on S. Green Avenue when tire went totally flat. They got us in immediately. Put double patches on our tire (brand new by the way) so we could get home. Scary experience and could have been stranded on I35, but with the good Lord’s help and Criswell’s service, we made it home safely. Great experience and service was excellent and affordable. Very much appreciated.”
“I been to 3 different places in 3 years and my truck would start acting up after a few months of getting the transmission fixed and this place is the number one place I will always go back too. They have amazing service,great prices and they will give you updates on what needs to be fixed before they order the part and put it on. From what I was told by them also it's not just gonna be one person to take your vehicle on the test drive they would have 3-4 different people including the mechanic and boss to make sure everything is perfect. I can't thank this company enough and finally got a vehicle with a amazing transmission work done!!!”

“I wish I could give Purcell Auto 10 stars! We had a couple of cars that we got new tires on, an F-350 long bed dually and a Dodge Grand Caravan. Took the truck in first. At the end of the day when I picked it up I was told that the tires were straight and no work needed to be done. I was charged a much lower inspection fee since they checked all of the connections and everything in the front end. The same thing happened with the Grand Caravan. I was told that all four wheels were almost perfectly true and once again I was charged a much lower inspection fee since they didn't have to do any work on it. When is the last time you heard of a business, especially an automotive repair business, with such integrity, honesty and morals? We literally will never take our cars anywhere else but Purcell Auto from now on. Super great experience!”
“Blew a bearing on our boat trailer as we turned onto 77 in Purcell. Very happy that Precision was nearby, open and able to quickly repair/replace the bearings on both sides of the axle. We were in and out in under an hour and were very pleased with the price, service and advice. Great in an emergency, I would recommend them for regular service also.”
“While never fun having to take your vehicle to the bodyshop, Robert goes out of his way not only to get the vehicle back to great condition but also taking your side against the insurance companies that are typically trying to pinch every penny. “The hood on my Honda would not close properly. I was needing to go up to the VA in OKC but scared to drive on I35 with it like that. I remembered that my dad (94-1/2 yo) had taken his car to this garage many times so I drove over and asked them if they could tell me what was wrong with it. They looked and found the problem quickly & fixed it! So relieved they were able to help me on the spur of the moment! Great shop and the nicest gentlemen! Very grateful to have them in our town! Trustworthy, honest & reasonable.”

“I had a above average experience with Landers in getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had synthetic oil added and rotation for about $110 bucks. They originally quoted me $116 bucks but when the vehicle was ready they volunteered the discount which was very cool. They also gave me a video and printout of my vehicles health and did not try to sell me anything. I waited while the service was completed in showroom area which was very comfortable and offered free snacks and drinks. Great experience for me, from every level.”
