The care at Interstate Equine Hospital was outstanding. Dr. Brown is an excellent veterinarian. And, she is patient, thorough, and kind with horses and people. Everyone at the Hospital cares about the well being of the horse and the human.

I moved up here just a few years ago and a friend recommended this vet. I've used them a couple times for routine stuff but when I actually had an old, sick horse that needed help, and was stumbling around falling constantly or unable to get up, couldn't get a call back to save my life. I ended up giving the horse away to someone I hoped could help him because all I could afford to do was put him down, and they wouldn't even do it. Not to make assumptions but it looks like they cater to more of the performance horse crowd, or people guaranteed to keep giving them money. The vet and staff were friendly, but not helpful. Not likely to return.

If I could get this place a negative star rating I would. We have had to call this location twice after hours and never received a call back from the on call doctor. We had a colicing horse and zero care was giving. Would not recommend this place for any after hours needs as they do not respond. We are technically still waiting on a callback. We ended up going to Shawnee Animal Vet to get our horse treated.

An outstanding group of caring professionals! I am new to the area, a small time horse owner with a small pocket book. Dr. Bramow and Dr. Blyden have cared for my horses like they were world champions. It is so wonderful to have vets that are invested in trying to get the best possible outcome for their client while understanding that cost is a factor. The staff is so efficient and working with this clinic is a pleasure. Thanks to this group for all that they do.

Vets are great - Receptionist is extremely RUDE ? it’s an inconvenience to even schedule an appointment or give you a call back. My girls will drive out of the way to never use them again!
