The team at Keith's Automotive demonstrated their commitment to honesty, accountability, and quality service, earning my trust and appreciation.When I first brought my truck in, they promptly examined it on Friday and returned it to me the same day. I greatly appreciated their efficiency. I paid for the diagnosis over the phone- even though I was not moving forward with the $2100 quote for a new TIPM. Since I had an extra key, I requested them to leave the key they had in the cab.Regrettably, the key ended up in the gas tank, and is now gone. I immediately noticed additional lights on the dashboard after picking it up and I quickly returned to Keith's Automotive and left my truck for Monday to be looked at again.On Monday, I arrived at the shop to discuss the situation and locate the key. The staff members were forthright and admitted their mistake, assuring me they would create a new key for me. Moreover, they went the extra mile to investigate my AC issues more thoroughly.I decided to leave my truck at Keith's Automotive for the day and returned before closing time. I was pleasantly surprised by the dedication and professionalism they displayed. They not only crafted a new key promptly but also identified and replaced a faulty 12-volt relay that was causing my AC to malfunction. Honest with good prices. My family has been using them for almost 20 years. They have always done right by us. They can be a little hard to get into, but the wait is worth it.
