“The Purcell Post Office is great. The girls at the desk are alway friendly and helpful. The postmaster is the greatest. I ship any where from 5 to 10 package a week. If you look at the reviews they were made when the grumpy old man was postmaster. He was so difficult.”
“There's two package pickup counters, which is way better than the one back home. However, the hours are inconvenient (like the one back home) and there's a processing lag of a few hours from when your package tracking says the package has arrived and when you can pick up your package from the office. The staff are very nice though.”

“I was sopose to receive a this coming Friday. Out of curiosity I checked the status of my package around 4 pm. It stated that USPS attempted delivery and left instructions for pick up at 2:40 pm
I’ve been on my couch all day… nobody knocked or rang the door bell. There was no instructions left either.
Update: I spoke with Nathan I believe and he was very helpful in finding my package. He worked together with the delivery driver Kevin was able to come back to my house and deliver my package after the holiday. I truely appreciate the efforts both of these men made to deliver my package.”
