“We drove an hour and a half to bring my 2016 Silverado here to replace the stock single-out muffler with a single-in/dual-out Flowmaster Super10. I called muffler shops all around OKC/Norman area and Dat Muffler Shop had the best price and great reviews. We arrived early for our appt and they were able to get started a little earlier than expected and finished up in just a little over an hour. They were very friendly and we are extremely happy with their work! I would recommend them to anyone needing exhaust work done.”
“Just want to give a big shout out and thanks to Criswell’s, Purcell, OK, for tire service received yesterday, Wednesday October 10, 2025. Driving from Maysville to Norman, but along the way our right rear tire started leaking fast on I35 northbound. Down to 4 lbs pressure in matter of minutes. Managed to get off at North Purcell exit and literally coasted into Criswell’s on S. Green Avenue when tire went totally flat. They got us in immediately. Put double patches on our tire (brand new by the way) so we could get home. Scary experience and could have been stranded on I35, but with the good Lord’s help and Criswell’s service, we made it home safely. Great experience and service was excellent and affordable. Very much appreciated.”

“I wish I could give Purcell Auto 10 stars! We had a couple of cars that we got new tires on, an F-350 long bed dually and a Dodge Grand Caravan. Took the truck in first. At the end of the day when I picked it up I was told that the tires were straight and no work needed to be done. I was charged a much lower inspection fee since they checked all of the connections and everything in the front end. The same thing happened with the Grand Caravan. I was told that all four wheels were almost perfectly true and once again I was charged a much lower inspection fee since they didn't have to do any work on it. When is the last time you heard of a business, especially an automotive repair business, with such integrity, honesty and morals? We literally will never take our cars anywhere else but Purcell Auto from now on. Super great experience!”

“Blew a bearing on our boat trailer as we turned onto 77 in Purcell. Very happy that Precision was nearby, open and able to quickly repair/replace the bearings on both sides of the axle. We were in and out in under an hour and were very pleased with the price, service and advice. Great in an emergency, I would recommend them for regular service also.”

I remembered that my dad (94-1/2 yo) had taken his car to this garage many times so I drove over and asked them if they could tell me what was wrong with it. “I was very happy with the service. Not pushy at all drove there to see a certain vehicle and was able to see it. Without being shown other vehicles first. No processing fee. One of the interior vents was broken. They said they would order one and replace it. When it came in they did replace it at no extra cost. Next time I'm looking for a vehicle I'll definitely check there inventory first.”
“I broke down on my PCS move from Texas to North Dakota about five miles from this gentleman's shop. The staff are professional and courteous and he worked long hours to diagnose and repair a real snafu of a problem. After a week of work, he refused to bill me for the full hours, and my car has literally never run better. I blame Kia and the dealer for giving me a faulty part, but my engine is both quieter and more fuel efficient since I received my vehicle from them just a few days ago.Shout-out to Mike, man. He's a real one.
