Highly recommend Gail at 3rd Degree Fitness and Nutrition!! She has checked all the boxes for our family!! From working out to healthy eating habits she covers it all!! One of the best decisions we have ever made was to join her gym and personal work out sessions!!

It's never too busy, everyone going here is super nice, and the owner is so understanding. I really have no negatives, I've been going here for just under a year now and it is definately a place I will be staying at for a while!
