This driver is amazing. I have had at least 3 transactions recently. He is always courteous and he even helped push package (a gift for hubby) inside. He rings doorbell as requested (other companies don't). I am elderly and on oxgyen, so I appreciate him very much.

They let me know in a timely manner that my package would be late. It arrived on their projected date, the driver was kind enough to move it inside as requested because I could not. Overall service, superb!

I had given this FedEx a one star review. Was very frustrated after calling FedEx 800 number where I encountered. Extremely unhelpful personnel, that left me upset. I was able to find the loCal FedEx phone number. I called and talked to Shawn who was very helpful. I package was delivered next day.
