Our Fedex delivery man Jose, he is the best. I have never seen a Fedex delivery guy so dedicated like him. Just today it was raining cats and dogs, He wrapped our package in plastic bag even when it was a shovel which we didn't really mind of getting wet but he still proactively wrapped it. He is very patient and friendly.

This driver is amazing. I have had at least 3 transactions recently. He is always courteous and he even helped push package (a gift for hubby) inside. He rings doorbell as requested (other companies don't). I am elderly and on oxgyen, so I appreciate him very much.

They let me know in a timely manner that my package would be late. It arrived on their projected date, the driver was kind enough to move it inside as requested because I could not. Overall service, superb!
