“I absolutely love the service (internet and customer) and the people that I’ve had to deal with here. Every time I’ve had an issue, they have been as prompt as possible. Tonight I got home and my internet was down. I called about my issue, which required a technician to come out, knowing it was too late to fix. The customer service rep on the phone confirmed that. Low and behold, 30 minutes later, Justin shows up on the way home and fixed it. Customer for life at this rate. Way to go y’all!”
