This is the second time she has helped me, and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Normally, I hate going in to deal with phone stuff especially when it involves getting a new phone. It’s usually stressful trying to remember passwords, logging into all my accounts, transferring everything over, and just hoping nothing gets messed up. It can honestly feel like a huge headache. But Robin makes the entire process incredibly easy. She’s calm, professional, patient, and just genuinely good at what she does. What I appreciate most is her vibe. She’s super professional but in a relaxed, down to earth way that makes you feel comfortable instead of rushed or overwhelmed. She takes her time, explains things clearly, and makes sure everything is set up correctly before you walk out the door. I never feel pressured or confused just taken care of. Both times I’ve come in, she’s made what is normally a stressful situation feel smooth and simple. That kind of service is rare, and it really makes a difference. “I am 79 years old and wanted to replace my at&t flip phone. Precious helped me and she has the patience of JOB...she listenened to what I wanted and why and transferred all of my contacts over to the new flip phone as if she was assisting someone like my spouse whwho some months back bought a $900 Apple at the Elk City store. That store didn't seem interested in someone with a flip phone so I called the Weatherford store, spoke with Precious and drove 45 miles over there and back and appreciated very much her assistance and help! We live 20 miles from the Elk City store and I will add my wife was very pleased with the service she received there. The flip phone has served me well for many years and the only thing I want to do on a phone is talk - and I talk on it a lot. My car is my office since I don't go into an office anymore.
