The store had a bad smell as soon as you walked in, dirty merchandise, I had to dig to find what I was looking for not covered in sticky food or grime, waited at the checkout for over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, a random employee came from outside and starting running up other people who were behind me and then another one who was just gossiping in photos with another associate decided to check me out once the line was another 6 people deep and again after a 5 minute wait. I’ve had this experiance a few times here and I keep thinking that it will change and it just never does, save time and just go to the Walmart, cheaper and at least you can check yourself out and not have to wait AND it doesn’t smell.

I had to go get a passport picture yesterday and I called to check first and they were very helpful on the phone. Getting to the store, the cashier was very helpful getting a manager to take my picture and he was very nice. Both were friendly and I appreciated them both. Very good customer service.

Moved to town last month. Went to the doctors office to get a refill that I have had for the last 5 YEARS. Same prescription, same dose, nothing has changed in 5 YEARS!! Weatherford pharmacist would not fill it because of some local doctor, and informed me the ONLY way she would fill my prescription is if I released my medical records to her. When did pharmacist become doctors Walgreens?? She did give me some good advice however, and I quote, “either send me your medical history/lab results, or go elsewhere”. Guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Staff is not helpful, customers were left waiting quite a while as staff didn't acknowledge when customers came in and there is NO sense of urgency, no I'm sorry I didn't see you, or I'm sorry you had to wait.

Store was positively filthy. Carpets, floors, etc. Everywhere you looked! These guys need a inspection. Also, when I went to check out, no one could be found. The only reason we even went into the store was we had waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no movement.

Walgreens in Weatherford is slow as hell, but they are usually a lot friendlier than other Walgreens I’ve been in. Their pharmacy says they close from 1:30-2:00pm for a meal break, but I’ve been there many times where they’ve closed the inside portion of the pharmacy at 1:15 (or earlier)—which is very inconvenient when people are counting on them to be open until 1:30.

I've ordered all my children's graduation announcements from here without issue until today. we ordered late waiting on some senior pics to come in, which is usually not an issue with same day Pickup. We accepted a 3 day delay. When I called before driving to Woodward to pick up my graduates announcements I was told the machine is broken down with no repair date. Just a shoulder shrug and sorry. When you're relying on a service with no warning that there's a delay for event anouncements and no care for lack of customer care. I will not darken this stores doorway again. Luckily Weatherford store came in clutch no thanks to the help at Woodward. A little compassion and help goes a long way, hanging up on a mother who isn't being rude but audibly distressed is not the route to go. I'll send this up the food chain. So if you choose to give them a chance you might call early on to confirm they plan on fulfilling your order as promised.

I am completely exhausted with working with the pharmacist at this Walgreens. I live in Cordell and am not in the best of health. Also, I work very hard to try to schedule everything I need to do in Weatherford into one trip. I have tried to work within the guidelines of what the pharmacist says is required for my medication and keep trying to adjust the way I do thing but she continues to come up with new rules that have never been required of me from my regular pharmacy. Her changes always require an extra trip to Weatherford just to pick up that prescription. I don’t know if it’s because I am using the Good Rx app or what. They are just cold and rude. I’m 68 years old and just not accustomed to being treated as if what I need doesn’t matter. I realize that there must be rules but some these just don’t make sense
