Terrible company. I want Menz back!!! 1st thing they did is tell us we had to move our tank. It was by a non residential all metal building, now it is next 4 feet from our bedroom window and right next to our driveway, not only does is scare me having it there it is a terrible eyesore! I had to help the tank mover and supply leveling stones. He did not bury the gas line so now it runs over our sidewalk. They said the move would be free, then I had to fight the bill for months. I called the gas commission they didn't care.

I do not recommend this company since the new owners have taken over. We almost ran out of propane during the really bad cold snap last week and when we started smelling the sulphur it was Friday after hours and I looked to see that our tank (that is supposed to be monitored by Green's) was at 21%. I ordered a delivery online and we breathed the sulphur all weekend. I called again Monday morning and waited for a return call only to be told they would be out some time that morning, no apology or concern. And she told me the reason we didn't get propane before now was bc the computer automatically makes a que and then someone has to make a ticket, and that takes a couple of days. I spoke with a woman named Mikaela and told her that our tankless hot water heater wasn't working bc our propane was so low and she told me that was not true. Even though we had already called a plumber out who said that was exactly what it was. By 11 when we still didn't have propane or hot water, I called again. Mikaela then told me, at a point in our conversation as I was trying to figure out why this had happened, that we were at 30% on 2-17-25 (when we should have gotten a delivery, yet all of this happened yesterday, 7 days later bc I made an order, so much for them monitoring our tank). She also told my that 20% wasn't that low and she had never heard of it causing problems in the water heater. And that now they needed to run a gauge test bc the gauge must be bad and I needed to be home when they delivered. I then told her that would be fine but I had to leave for the dr at 1pm so he needed to get there by then. Through several texts and phone calls I was told he couldn't get there by 1pm with little to no concern. This company's customer service was so bad for this incident that we have checked on changing companies. And as I was checking companies I found that the $2.54/gal they charged me is so high. The other company I called is charging $2.19/gal. That makes almost a $150 difference in what we have to pay for yesterday's delivery. Also, strangely enough after we got our propane the hot water heater worked right away. Sadly, a local company that we've had for many years is looking like they are in the rearview mirror.

When green's propane took over, they told me I had a balance forward from the previous company. They are unable to provide any detailed records. I would not recommend these people at all!

Service has gone down hill with new owners.
My father is elderly and has called 3 times for propane refill.
The lady that answers just has your fine until you’re at 5%. We live in Oklahoma where the weather is unpredictable and she wants to put an elderly man living in the country off.
Makes zero sense when you’re paying for a service.
I am currently looking for a new company for him. I honestly hate put a bad review out here but this has been the status quo with the lady that answers.
I would like to say to her.
I would never put your elderly parents in this position and if the company is making you make these decisions, shame on you!
Work for a kind caring company.
In my opinion our elderly are priority.
They were great when they were Greens.

Excellent service! Last time they filled for me we weren’t even to where I’d call for a fill; they were filling others in my neighborhood and topped mine off at the lower summer prices. The app tells me how much is in my tank and has been pretty accurate against my own physical checks.
