If certain items aren’t available, they probably shouldn’t be listed as orderable on your website. For example, I was told you don’t make breakfast bowls—yet they’re still shown as available online. It might be a good idea to update that. Also, adding the times when specific menu items are no longer served would be really helpful. Customers shouldn’t have to point out these issues, but here we are.

Employees are always nice and friendly. The store is always clean. I've never had a problem. And no self checkouts!!

Finally a slice of pizza that feeds the working class hunger. 10 out of 10 on the cheese, sausage, and size. Smoked cheddar sausage link is above average. No sauerkraut tho? Also, best iced coffee that you can leave in your car during a snow storm and will still be strong the next morning.

I LOVE my local Oncue!! Of course being in a small town everyone recognizes faces and names but all who work there are amazing. The GM has been dedicated to this store for many years. She’s such a hard working woman. Never once have I’ve seen her get cross with anyone.

I was charged 3.99 for a 32 ounce glass of tea. the cashier range it up as an iced coffee. I pointed out to her that it was not coffee, but tea. She told me that I was paying for the cup. I had used the cup that was located under the coffee and tea area instead of the ones located under the soft drink dispenser. I told her that they needed to label the cups as being only for iced coffee because they are ripping people off by being so dishonest. She seemed totally unconcerned. I will never return to any OnCue store.
