What is the point of being open on Saturday if you are only open 1 hour? They close at 4:30 on the weekdays too so if they hold a package its almost impossible to pick it up.

This is really ridiculous that I need my medicine and they don't even come up to house just leave a slip when we know we have to be home to sign for it so I call and the lady said run back down and put signed slip and she would make them come back and still no meds there has to he done about this it just keeps happening fix the problem if she can't do her job then she needs to be fired she say no delivery access bullshit and they drive a big truck really getting sick of this

They lie and say packages are held at the post office at the customer’s request. No, you are just too lazy to drive it up to the house( 100 yards at most). Amazon packages shouldn’t need picked up.

UPS was suppose to deliver it to my house but instead took it to the post office and provided me a USPS tracking number. Once I looked it up it said it was already being returned to the sender within hours of my package being dropped off to the post office. I’ve ordered other packages before and always got a slip or they put it in a PO Box but not this time. I just want more information on why they did an automatic return to sender without even notifying me or leaving me a slip. It’s ridiculous. My address is associated with a PO Box and they didn’t even try. Isn’t being able to read a job requirement? Absolutely mediocre service. Even when I try and call to get it worked out the local office number is the national number. This tells me they absolutely want nothing to do with their customers. Now because of their mistake I’m going to get re billed, re sent and have to wait ANOTHER 2/3 weeks. I paid for shipping for a reason. Never had this issue with Amazon. It’s not a coincidence.

I've never been more disgusted with the attitude and the level of arrogant power as I have seen from the post master as well as a couple of the women who work with her. I hope one day she is able to open her eyes and see that being hateful to people and purposely causing them unnecessary stress and hardship is just sad on her part. I pray she is able to find a way to transfer this power trip she is on to something much more positive and beneficial. They have made the move to our new place absolutely miserable.
