If you need a psychologist or someone to do something other than listening, she is a decent listener at least, to what you say, go elsewhere or at least dont use Joanna Schmidt. Was warned by a friend to avoid her but its who I got, still just as bad off as when I came in with even less of an idea of where/what to do from here.

This place was amazing 6 months ago they had wonderful staff both front and back office. They had a fabulous Dr who was both friendly and thorough with everything including lab work and always followed through with reschedule and referrals. They lost that doctor. Now I have seen 2 doctors in 2 town in the last 90 days, they refuse to prescribe two medications and one missing doses can be extremely harmful. I think it's time to find a new facility. I am so not happy with this place.

Wetumka office is professional, helpful, although you might spend too much time in the waiting room.

ECO Family Health Center in Wetumpka is phenomenal. I love my Doctor, the Nurses, Techs, & Staff. The lady who does the Xrays is especially nice. She always makes you feel comfortable. They really care about their patients. The Nurse Practitioner Brack Guthrie is incredible. He takes his time & really cares about his patients concerns. Dr. Jensen is also a amazing. She'll go above & beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Nurse Practitioner Korey Taylor is also pretty phenomenal. She really cares about what you have to say. She's knowledgeable & kind. Ever since I had a bad experience at the ECO Henryetta location. I've never had any regrets about coming here. I'll drive the extra miles just to know I'll be well taken care of.

Love the clinic!! Dr. Jensen has taken awesome care of me. Long haul recovery from Covid has been hard for me, but she is caring and determined for me to get better. I recommend ECOFHC to everyone I know.
