They only had 1 in stock so when the phone rang with a call from them, I figured it was because they already sold it. instead, it was the manager calling to let me know that when he pulled the mower off the shelf, he noticed that it was damaged and missing a part. He could have sold me the damaged mower and got it out of his inventory but did the right thing and let me know. Bought a different brand of mower from them instead.
