I took my bottles in Tobe filled and found myself ripped off both on stated bottle capacity and pricing. I was charged for 5 gallons in a 20 pound bottle. Simple math tells you 20# divided by 4.2#/gallon of propane does not equal 5 gallon and the law states they can only fill to 80% of full. Also the retail price of propane right now is approximately $2.20/gallon. They charged $17 for so called 5 gallons which works out to $3.40 per gallon. So you get charged the higher price for product that won't fit in the bottle. Won't be back.

Called several propane companies regarding when winter rates went into effect. Only Jay's would give me a straight answer. Jim and Wayne came out to our home to combine a couple of tanks and to fill them. Both were professional and answered all our questions. Plus their gas price was cheapest. We now have a new gas provider. I would definately recommend Jay Gas to anyone looking for a new propane company.
