The people that work here are absolutely great and always super friendly. I went to upgrade my phone and they absolutely took care of me. I have never had issues with my service. The only thing negative I can say is that they are definitely on the expensive side compared to other carriers.

My phone wasn't showing anyone called and it went strait to voice mail. They had 3 people working on it and they did what they could and couldn't figure e d it out. So we called AT&T customer service and they fixed my problem. They said that the AT&T representative couldn't do it that customer service had to. But it got fixed. Thank you AT&T store here in Woodward Oklahoma and the representative.

I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 max and when it was transferring the data from my old iPhone to the new iPhone not all of the data was transferred so I came back to the store to get information on what to do about this. My problem was quickly resolved and my questions answered in a very short while by very efficient and friendly people.
