  Never thought I would be leaving a good review for a bank, but I gotta say there is good customer support and they take care of fraudulent charges to your account very quickly. It only took 22 minutes for everything to be settled.

  Shawna Stewart, Personal Banker, was excellent in her follow up and completion of all details of my banking needs. The other staff who answer the phones are always pleasant and helpful as well. I now feel even more confident about this bank given it’s transition to Dream First.
