“The customer service I was provided was AMAZING! I was traveling from Nebraska to Texas, met family in Woodward OK and used Benbrook Storage to store my car for a week. At 11:30 pm when I arrived, I discovered I rented a unit that was too short for my vehicle; at 7:50 am Saturday morning, they answered the phone, accommodated my change (including taking off the lock of the new unit) all within about 30 minutes! They saved me a huge headache and even returned my deposit fee, which they totally did not have to do as the mistake was 100% my fault! If there were 10 stars, I'd give them that!”

“Cook's picked up our furniture this week and they were really fast. They charge by the hour and the mile. Now you can't really control the mileage. It is what it is, however the hourly charge could be stretched out. Not with this crew. They were real hard working men yet very thoughtful and careful with our furniture. Also quite friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Cook's moving company!”
