NO SHOWED!!!! We called Apple movers, were told they were bought out by R&R movers. We paid a deposit and set up a moving date. The day of the move they didn’t show up, we called and called leaving messages with no response. We ended up getting a uhaul truck and some friends and moved ourselves. The owner finally called in the midst of us moving ourselves out of our home, apologizing and saying he would refund our money. We had to call back a week later because he never refunded it. We also had to ask the buyers of our home if it was okay if we could have a few extra days to move and clean the home, thank goodness they were flexible. I was told R&R has bought up a few local moving companies but are still using the company name, not R&R. Beware of using them, I understand things come up but with a moving company you need to have a better system ( an answering service) in case emergencies arise.

Freddy and Alex came to help us out and they were AMAZING!!! They were professional, friendly, and courteous. They unloaded all of our stuff quickly and carefully, for an amazing price. I've used several times over the years and never want to use anyone else!! This company is the best!!!

We had a crew of three guys. They were so efficient, polite and thorough. The took such great care with all of my stuff. They wrapped and took apart everything even though we literally moved 2 miles down the road and then put it all back together with great care.
The guys were all so polite and worked their butts off the entire time. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Generally okay but rough with the bed frames moving in which scuffed the walls and nicked the master bedroom door. Which resulted in us having to repair them.

Cory and Freddy were very nice and helpful. They had a great attitude! The down side was the scheduling. I reserved for Monday but they were sent on Tuesday. Crew was great tho!

I normally let things go but, this company/owner is not worth the time or call. I scheduled a move 2-3 weeks out in September for an October 12th move date and paid my $150 deposit for no one to ever show or call that day. When I called and texted multiple times throughout the day no response until almost 5:00pm when the owner finally answered. Said he was in KS doing a move. How busy he was and didn’t have service all day. He didnt recall me being scheduled for that day. He forgot to write it on his white board. I had to call a whole different company to get moved the next day. To this day I still haven’t gotten my refund after being told I would be twice now. When I call no one answers. I had to call from different phone number to get an answer. Still no refund or response. BEWARE.. stay away. Nike C

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Despite our initial agreement, the experience was marred by several issues that resulted in significant delays and additional costs.
Initially, the moving team arrived at our home in Yukon instead of the designated storage unit in Edmond. Furthermore, the team consisted of an older man and woman, which seemed inadequate for a 3-bedroom home move. We had packed most of our belongings, but the team's pace was slow, with frequent breaks, including multiple smoke breaks in the U-Haul.
Given the hourly rate of $139, I was expecting a more efficient and professional service. After five hours, we decided to go to the new house, as the progress was unsatisfactory. Notably, your company had assured us that you would disassemble and reassemble furniture, including couches and beds. However, this was not done, and we were left to complete these tasks ourselves. They did put the master bed together….BACKWARDS.
We had paid a deposit of $154 and an additional $600 on the day of the move. However, the service provided did not meet our expectations. When we brought this to your attention, you offered to deduct only one hour from the total bill as compensation.
You sent the same older man out to move our storage but this time with a young man. The young man was great and they got the entire storage unit loaded, unloaded and a bed put together in 2.5 hours. That’s when he took off the one hour.
The owner is a completely unprofessional jerk, as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The workers today was unbelievable fast and professional. I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen a female climbed out the truck today. But she works better then alot of men out there. I would recommend Apple Movers. But I would be requesting Freddy and Kamie the next time I need help with moving anything. They both did a wonderful job for my friend. We all was very happy with the outcome. Keep up the great work 2 two.

We bought insurance from Apple, then during the move they did over $2k in damages, Apple refused to pay, too then to court and won, Apple still has not paid the judgment. The owner has been in and out of jail. DO NOT USE!. And yes there are court records look it up! An apple you still need to pay me my money from the damage you caused!

Did a cross town move with these guys and they did a great job of protecting, loading, unloading and placing our stuff in the new house. The price was good and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use again but really hope I don't have to. Moving is no fun but these guys certainly made it easier.

We needed to get two storage units moved from one location to another. Richard and Freddie showed up on time and they got after it. It turned out to be more property than expected but they didn’t say a word. They got it done and I thought the price was very reasonable. I and my wife are very happy. Thanks guys.

First stage! The crew was very meticulous wrapping our furniture and were fast and efficient while loading all items!
Unloading went great! Freddie & Richard and crew member were timely in arrival and unloaded in record time! Even helped us move new furniture that was not loaded on their truck!
We highly appreciated their help and will recommend them to anyone needing a mover! Their prices were reasonable and accurate within $100😊
