I have never in 53 years experienced such absolute incompetence and disrespect from the employees. Garbage branch

Always friendly and helpful staff. This yukon branch has a coin counter machine (free for account holders) too.Arvest was great about stopping a stolen card number from being used, and helping is understand their account offerings. The only reason I dock them 1 star is I have on multiple occasions tried to pick their brains about refinancing or mortgage loans or even auto loans and it always seems nearly impossible to get in there and then once you discuss some options its like you get ghosted enough that you just go to another bank for it instead. Its kinda weird.

After watching the management at Arvest and their customer service go downhill for the last few years it’s time to move banks. They are not who they used to be at all

They only have at most 2 drive-through lanes open at the busiest times of the day, and one of those lanes is the business lane. They never have enough workers available to handle the flow of customers. Their ATM is currently down, which is the only way to make a transaction here outside of their business hours, which are not customer-friendly (really, 9-5? You can’t be open for just an hour after most people get off work so they can actually run to the bank?). Their banking products are mediocre and not cost-friendly. In other towns, the banks (not Arvest) are open an hour before work and a few hours after work, and they divide the hours into shifts. Ultimately other banks have set the bar much higher, but Arvest (especially the one on Cornwell) lags severely behind.

Drive thru ATM needs to be a priority. There is no other Arvest location close by, so when it’s down we have to drive 30+ minutes to memorial location. Totally unnecessary. Watch, they’ll also respond with a canned corporate response asking for your contact information, instead of addressing the issue.

Seriously considering pulling out of Arvest. Their loan rates, when they will loan, are horrible compared to my credit union. And their new hours are garbage compared to other local banks. 9-5 lobby and drive through. They open after I go to work and close before I get off. Then to top it off, they closed better than half of their locations and the only one close to me is, for all intent and purpose, in the hood.

Do NOT use Arvest Bank. If you debit card gets hacked, they do not issue provisional credit while your claim is being investigated. A claim can take any where between 10-90 days. If they find you are not at fault then they will return your money to you.

This Bank is incapable of protecting my money from scammers. I had previously had someone swipe my info likely at a gas station. It was caught and I received a new debit card. Month(s) later I have fraud charges again from a hotel 2 hours away while I served at church in yukon,, but on the old "deactivated" card. How this is even possible is beyond me, but even moreso that I have to wait for this charge to be disputed when I don't even have that old card anymore since I gave it to the bank to get it replaced.
