The best AT&T in the metro area. Chloe was so awesome I don't think I've ever been greeted with so much generosity and willingness to go above and beyond for us. She was the absolute best person to assist us with our purchase. Her knowledge and passion to help the customer is unmatched. Thank you again Chloe.

I love this location! I drive 25 minutes just to go to this store over any of the others. The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable! I had a lot of questions, and they really took the time to make sure all of them were answered. The girl that helped me, I think her name was Chloe, was so patient and kind! 10/10 will be back!

Best at&t store i have visited. Every interaction with various employees was pleasant and catered to my wireless needs. If i had to choose my favorite interaction it would be the most recent interaction with Chloé as she was extremely kind, personable, and dedicated to my customer satisfaction.

Our Tech was extremely helpful. Her name is Mette, and she helped my wife and I to connect and transfer phone lines from old watches to new ones. We also needed to connect our watches to our phones properly. Mette was very thoughtful and step by step in her approach. Her problem solving was skillful and she knew when to find someone with a bit more experience with something specific. Our goals were accomplished and Mette was the reason. Thank you!

We came in the evening and were waiting since everyone was busy, which is totally fine. However, someone else walked in 15 minutes after us and only then did a male employee tell them to check in on the kiosk. He did not tell us anything when we walked in, so yeah we were upset. The kiosk literally says “no need to check in” but then that happened. So yeah, not efficient.

I normally have usually only positive things to say about a business because it’s very hard to run a business but I feel very taken advantage of by this particular store.
When I went in for a Black Friday upgrade, they told me that in addition to my phone upgrade, I could get an Apple Watch for $1 a month. I was not even interested in the watch, but when they mentioned that it was only one dollar, I considered. That’s a great deal.
After signing up for the upgrade and the one dollar a month watch, I get notified that I will have a $10 line added to my account for the watch. This was never stated in any conversation before signing up.
This lack of transparency and honesty can lead to major bill increases for people who don’t look at the fine print. Be careful when dealing with this store as they may not tell you the full picture.
I had to spend two hours yesterday canceling the line, and sending my watch back to the corporate office. There will also be a $55 charge to restock. Please be careful before you sign up for anything here.
