If I could give you no stars I would . I’ve been a custodian four years bill has always been paid on time . I was going to upgrade phones last night but it was such an inconvenience for the employee to do her job . I will be canceling service today and going to Verizon! Have a wonderful day!

My dog loves this store and was a star today! She made everyone happy, and they had the cord I needed! I was throwing a party and needed a micro USB, and they HAD it! Thanks, Yukon retail! You’re the best store in the OKC area! Great prices and discounts! Fast, simple and easy, just how I like it!

Taylor Moore was awesome to work with! My husband and I both felt like we were his only customer and he worked through our transaction until we were satisfied even though there were lots of customers coming and going into your Yukon store! Highly recommend Taylor and drove from Norman to work specifically with Taylor.

Taylor was absolutely wonderful and the manager Kathy was great. I definitely am grateful to have switched back over to AT&T for my cell phone service. Will be returning and recommending that store to everyone. I got the phone I wanted and for a low price. Couldn’t have had a better experience than I did that day with those people I was blessed to be around.

Sales associate, Brandi, was polite and efficient in a busy time. Sat down with me and worked through a problem and provided a solution. Came back next day for 8am appointment to order new phones. Great customer service again.

I went in a little hesitant to potentially switch providers for cellular and internet. Taylor was so helpful and kind it made the decision so easy! He wrote out all of the numbers for me and answered all of my questions. His knowledge and customer service skills were outstanding!
