Brady is great. Gina not so great. She was extremely rude to me when the ATM took my debit card and wouldn’t get it back out she said since it wasn’t a BancFirst card there was no way for her to give me my card back and that I had to leave it in the machine and cancel it after being told this, I canceled my card and order a new one while at the ATM . I transferred my money into my BancFirst card and when I went to withdraw it from my BancFirst card, all I had to do was tap it, and it gave my old card back, but at that point I had already canceled the card so it was pointless that I got my card back . I started to cry because I had bills that were due today and asked her if we could at least try getting my card out and she said no I had to figure it all out on my own and this is the first time I’ve been treated poorly by Gina at this location of BancFirst.
