Been going here since they opened in Yukon. Had dozens of sets of tires mounted and balanced on cars and trucks. Today the very not so nice guy behind the counter said they would not mount my tires and nobody around would. He said maybe I could find a mom and pop place! Ok well this used to be small town big O store that we got all our tire stuff don’t but no longer! Terrible, won’t be back.

I had tire pressure notification pop up on my dashboard, and decided to stop by Big O Tire to get it checked. The technician notified me I actually had a nail imbedded in my tire. He said he’d help take care of it. The service here was great and the technician was efficient and provided me wonderful service. I would recommend this place and would come here again for any tire service!

Wow! The guys in here today 2/16/24 were amazing. I ran over a doorknob (yes, a doorknob????!! ) and it made a good-sized hole in the tire. By the time I managed to get here, I only had 15 minutes until I needed to get my kiddos from school. ( I have no family/ people I can call that live close, so I was panicking a bit) These guys got me in, took my tire off, and put the spare on so I could make it. Not much longer after that, they called and let me know they'd managed to fix the hole and I could come and get it put back on. I literally cannot thank the team enough. You guys seriously saved me today and you didn't have to and you'll never know how much I (and my boys) appreciate it. A++++++ all around.

I stopped by this morning with a flat spare, and a nail in my original tire. They repaired my tires and got me back on the road in an hour..... no charge. My mind is blown with just how nice and reliable. This is my new tire place from now on!

Great experience at Big O Tires. I went in with a bad battery, had my two-year-old with me, and had no appointment. They kindly told me I'd probably have a wait a few hours or drop off my vehicle, but when a tech came in early, they caught me and told me they'd get me in and out ASAP. All in all, what was shaping up to be a day-long ordeal turned into a 45-minute visit. They went above and beyond to help and to make the visit convenient to me.
