“I had to rent a vehicle while some bodywork was being done to my personal vehicle. From check in to check out everyone was most kind, helpful and courteous. I had to change my return date several times and each time everyone was helpful and courteous. Never put out or upset. My rental was clean and well maintained. I always felt safe while driving the rental. I will definitely be using Enterprise for any rental I may need in the future.”
“The customer service I received was excellent. Nice vehicles clean interior, and they also smell clean. The only thing I don't like is Avis's policy I feel they rob their customers by charging excessive fees while renting the car if you need to make sudden changes. The thing that pulled me in was the deposit which is a decent price.”
“Bridgette at the NW Expressway location is the best. She was friendly, fast, and efficient. Most of all, she was patient and understanding. I picked up my van 20 minutes before closing (5:40pm), I was supposed to be there at 12 noon. A week later I returned the van 10 minutes before closing. Bridgette was there both times and she was so friendly and pleasant, eventhough; I kept showing up close to closing time. Bridgette should be recognized for her customer service and work ethics.”
“My mother and I lived there for one year and a half. Everyone there is nice and helpful. All our issues were addressed and solved on time. It is nice, quiet and clean apartment. We had the best living experience there. Thank you for everything.”
“Not only were they cheaper than enterprise and hertz, I even got a better car. Was supposed to have a Camry but it got rented so I was bumped up to a Mazda CX-5. Really cool suv, super fun to drive. I had the car for a week and paid $200. Last time I rented from enterprise it cost me $400 a week for a Nissan Versa. I left my garage door opener in the rental and went back two hours later when I realized. The rental was gone to Tulsa but my garage door opener was labeled with my name in their drawer because they are awesome. Will rent from them any time my truck goes into the shop.”
“We rented a car there on August 12 2023. After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried. We had no issues whatsoever. The car was nice and clean. Drove the car one way to Dallas and dropped it off at their lot there. Would definitely use again.”

“Needed to rent a vehicle for an emergency road trip. I rented a Chevy Colorado truck ( I do not fit in cars very well). They did not have one, but the team called me and inform as such, then offered a SUV instead. At the time of pickup, the SUV was an absolutely beautiful Ddge Durango! Chanelle took the time to show me how all this fancy stuff worked and gave me her personal card in case I had any issues. My thanks to Chanelle and her team for making the rental a wonderful expereince. I will DEFINITELY be back for any rental needs. GREAT JOB YA'LL!”
