“I tell you this was one of the BEST experiences at Enterprise. This was my first time to the Rockwell location and the manager Alicia was absolutely phenomenal! Down to earth and super knowledgeable and friendly and when I wasn’t able to get what I initially requested due to credit card being needed she immediately gave me other choices until I was satisfied and STILL had me out of there in less than 20 mins! Returning was quick and easy and she even set up me a ride home so I didn’t have to come out of pocket for an uber. People like the manager Alicia makes days of renting a little less frustrating and a whole lot easier and I personally want to give her my thanks.”
“My mother and I lived there for one year and a half. Everyone there is nice and helpful. All our issues were addressed and solved on time. It is nice, quiet and clean apartment. We had the best living experience there. Thank you for everything.”
“The customer service I received was excellent. Nice vehicles clean interior, and they also smell clean. The only thing I don't like is Avis's policy I feel they rob their customers by charging excessive fees while renting the car if you need to make sudden changes. The thing that pulled me in was the deposit which is a decent price.”
“Bridgette at the NW Expressway location is the best. She was friendly, fast, and efficient. Most of all, she was patient and understanding. I picked up my van 20 minutes before closing (5:40pm), I was supposed to be there at 12 noon. A week later I returned the van 10 minutes before closing. Bridgette was there both times and she was so friendly and pleasant, eventhough; I kept showing up close to closing time. Bridgette should be recognized for her customer service and work ethics.”
“This Budget store has a great reputation for customer service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is average but the cars are nice and clean. If you need an extension, its just a phone call away. Recommended.”
“We have rent here multiple times. We really like all the vehicles that were given to us. Every time we rent we’re given great choices to choose from. Our cars we received were sometimes one class above our choices. We have a great relationship with our Rep there and he really takes care of our needs and requests. Car has always been clean and had great features. Of course you have to maintain appropriate expectations as we always don’t get what expected. For example we rent base on luxury model but we understand they don’t have it but they make up for it through a better car. At the price we pay it a steal sometimes for the model we get. Our experience has always been friendly and great service. Just have to be willing to work with them like a friend.”

“Needed to rent a vehicle for an emergency road trip. I rented a Chevy Colorado truck ( I do not fit in cars very well). They did not have one, but the team called me and inform as such, then offered a SUV instead. At the time of pickup, the SUV was an absolutely beautiful Ddge Durango! Chanelle took the time to show me how all this fancy stuff worked and gave me her personal card in case I had any issues. My thanks to Chanelle and her team for making the rental a wonderful expereince. I will DEFINITELY be back for any rental needs. GREAT JOB YA'LL!”
