“Good car wash and vacuum area. I REALLY wish I could go through the payment booth without someone approaching my car trying to sell me a monthly package or upgrade my wash. I understand the desire for increased revenue, but it's really annoying after a while...”

“Scott did an incredible job. He was very thorough and the car looked brand new when he was done. He arrived on time, gave us a quote, and stuck to it. The car was pretty grimy, so the price was $285. It felt like too much, but then he spent three hours on it, and it was unrecognizable afterward. So all in all a fair price for the work he did. Highly recommend, and it’s super convenient that he comes to you!”

“Last weekend, I went through the touchless carwash and about the 2nd or 3rd pass of the machine, it decided to hit my passenger side mirror. I was not too far to the right (if anything too far to the left). This had been my 3rd or 4th trip through since I started going there and had never previously needed to pull my mirrors in. It hit it on that pass and then another pass before the mirror popped back into original position. The carwash continued on it's own after that without hitting anything. I pulled out of the carwash and checked the mirror. It had some large scuffs along it but they didn't look like deep scratches. I contacted the carwash and they reviewed the video and confirmed it was hit and immediately offered to make it right. I received a few quotes from 2 different collision centers but felt the damage was mainly superficial. One of the centers agreed and just buffed it for me. I verified the electronics still functioned properly and considered it good. Updating the carwash, they still wanted to help make things right. This itself stands out to me and why I chose to use this carwash in the first place. I just recently got a new vehicle and I wanted to try my best to be consistent with not only maintenance but keeping the outside of it clean as well. I don't always have the time to wash by hand so I began researching touchless car washes. I came across Thunder Auto and while they had mixed reviews, I could tell a lot of issues were prior to management change and the current owners were responding to each concern. The thing that stood out to me was their willingness to try to make things right in one way or another. No body is perfect and mistakes happen, but at the end of the day, when someone steps up and is accountable for that, it can make enough difference to me to gain my loyalty as a permenant customer. I keep coming back because the staff is friendly, the vacuums actually work and work well, and if you forget your supplies you can buy them right there and they are affordable. I like that you can use your card at the do it yourself stations and I don’t have to remember to bring cash. It’s clean, safe, and has everything you need to get your car clean again. “I like Charlie's. Ride thru the auto wash and A) use free vaccums, B) pay to have interior wiped down and vaccumed or C) add an exterior dry and shine. There is a lobby where you can see your car thru the windows, restrooms, vending machines, some air fresheners and other auto supplies so you may shop while you wait. They do a quick and fantastic job. Friendly and efficient.”
“If you don't want to spend a fortune to have your car washed, this is the place to go. I've been a member for about 2 years. Yes, sometime there's not a lot of soap, and all the bugs don't come off. They have a spot you can clean your automotive with a brush before you use the automatic wash. You can wash your car 3x a day everyday if you want. I don't but you can. I love this place everyone is so friendly. Stephanie the manager call me when I had a problem with the automatic bank withdrawal, and I got a free month. You can go to other places for triple the price and get lots of colored soap, but for me this is the best place for the price. I have never had a problem with the vacuum.”
