ZERO! Proof is in the pictures. These are from the day we brought it home. I cannot scream loud enough to STAY FAR AWAY FROM GERBER COLLISION!!!!!!! This was the final result on my car after having it from July to October for hail damage repair. Not even collision repair. Pieces that should be new parts are are broken, hanging off, bad glue jobs, things not put back together perfectly and MULTIPLE new scratches and dings that were not there before. There is also a week spot in the brand new hood that flexes when I drive at highway speeds. This was the second time we went to pick it up. The first time, there was literally huge paint runs and multiple wiring issues in the roof causing my radio and sensors in windshield not to work and we refused to accept it in that condition and made them fix it (which they were seriously rude and demeaning about, and pushed us to take it that way saying it was just a battery issue which was not true at all). The entire process was frustrating and communication was not present whatsoever unless I called multiple times. Should have been a 3 week job. There was 4 weeks straight they said they were "starting the next stage (roof) tomorrow" meaning it sat for 4 weeks not being touched at all. They also canceled my original appt in June and when I showed up for my rescheduled apt in July, they didn't ever put it on the books. The paint does look better the 2nd time but isn't perfect. Protect your property and take your business literally anywhere else!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service received at Gerber Collision and Glass of Yukon. Despite the accreditation by insurances like GEICO, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I brought my car in for repairs on 10/17 following a collision, incurring nearly $5,000 in damages. Throughout the process, communication was lacking, and I had to initiate contact for updates. On 11/14, I was informed that GEICO would no longer cover my rental, and my car was purportedly ready for pickup. However, upon inspection on 11/15, it became evident that the passenger door molding was on back order, the repair incomplete. When I attempted to start the vehicle, I encountered a dead battery, with subsequent issues of flickering and glitching on the dashboard and more battery and alternator issues to follow.Despite raising these concerns, I left with my car due to apprehension about rental costs. Subsequent discussions with Gerber Collision and Glass of Yukon and the other party's insurance (GEICO) involved contradictory statements from Andy, causing confusion with insurance claims. On 11/20, I received a call from insurance indicating Andy's suggestion of obtaining a dealership diagnosis at my expense, contradicting his prior assurances. After over a month of grappling with these issues, Gerber Collision and Glass of Yukon has acknowledged their negligence and is now taking responsibility for the problems. Regrettably, this is not the first instance of such negligence with this shop. I strongly advise against choosing them for repairs, particularly cautioning against dealing with Andy, whose conflicting information has contributed to unnecessary confusion. Despite the challenges, they have committed to rectifying the issues and are providing a rental until the repairs are complete.

Be very careful if you go here for anything! If they lose your keys to your vehicle they don’t replace them. They make their customers pay for their employees mistakes. LOOK FOR A MORE RESPONSIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS!Service: Body & Trim

They lost the keys to our vehicle and won't replace them. So now I don't only have to pay for my work but I have to buy a new set of keys. We will be going somewhere more responsible in the future.

I had a terrible experience with this location. I dropped my truck off first week in July and picked it up late September. I was lied to over and over. The person named Andrew was assigned to my vehicle and was supposed to give me updates on the progress every Tue/Thur. Well he updated me once via standard text to let me know work had started on my truck. Now my truck needed a new bumper and I wanted to upgrade to an aftermarket brand and I gave Andrew all the information on what bumper I wanted and from where he could pick it up at since I did the leg work and ordered it ahead of time through Line X a company Gerber works with…that being said several weeks go by and no updates. So I drove to Gerber early one morning to find out what was going on to find out they haven’t been working on my truck. Now they are telling me that Andrew was let go and I’m being assigned another person to begin the process on my truck. This person is Phillip Gaines and I tried to talk with that morning to let him know what I wanted on my truck and he told me I was 1 of many projects he had to take over because Andrew was let go and he needed time to get up to speed on my truck. He was rude and wasn’t willing to take notes or listen to me. He said to email him instead. So Phillip was somewhat of an improvement but again throughout the entire 3 months he wasn’t willing to listen to me and ultimately ordered a different bumper for my truck because he said that Line X did not order the bumper that I wanted and that bumper was no longer available. That was a lie! To this day Line X has my bumper but I am stuck with the one Gerber installed. Then they tell me that my truck is ready but won’t release until they hear from my insurance. I call my insurance and find out that Phillip hasn’t even submitted the paper work to my insurance so they can approve the second claim!! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else that doesn’t lie to you over and over! Very incompetent company!! I will not use this company again.Service: Body & Trim

This is the worst place ever. I've taken my truck back about 5 times. They kept telling me it was ready. The first time they had it for about 2 months for Hail damage. Every time they gave it back it was leaking like crazy because they had replaced the roof and didn't weld it back right. The back light in my suburban no longer works they broke it when they were taking the headliner off. They broke all the clips on every plastic piece in the truck.

Took my truck here while the body work was satisfactory the contents of my glove compartment and console were scattered in the floor boards and seats, they didn't do any work on either one. They just thru my bed liner in on top of rags, trash and buffing wheels didn't even reattach it. The cruise control doesn't work as it should. Brought this to Brandon's attention I was told "it works like it should" they had a mechanic look at it and he said it was good. Took the truck to Joe Cooper Ford and they said no it's not working like it should . Took the truck back to Brandon to let him know what they said and was told by Brandon "it must have worn out due to old age it happens all the time here." If you want your stuff to mysteriously "wear out due to old age" in their shop, and your stuff rifled through then this is the shop for you.

I will preface that this review only covers the manager, the employee who oversaw the repairs and my vehicle. The ladies behind the counter and other staff were nothing but courteous. My vehicle was returned to me with a burnt out turn signal that the staff there had done themselves. Rather then the tech owning up to the mistake instead tried to pawn it off on me and claim it wasn't his fault.I hear the manager tell him it is his fault and when I laughed because of the absurdity of the situation without saying anything offensive. The manager immediately gets irate in a way I've only see inmates on drugs overreact. Going from 0 to 11 and pawning your employees mistake on a customer because your upset the customer actually heard you talking about them is insane. The manage will cover his employees mistakes and try to pawn their mistakes onto you if you don't bend a knee to his psychologically unhealthy obsession with control over customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was very frustrated with this company because of the communication between the insurance company & them.I’m giving it 4 stars because Andrew tried his best with communication between the insurance company even though the car has been at the shop for nearly 3 months.Andrew has been committed to getting the car ready for us even though the real issue was with insurance.Would used this dealership again but not going through an insurance company, for personal use only.

Update: Final bill for damage caused by Gerber and being paid for by the insurance company $990.Update: Ghosted by Gerber. No longer attempting to contact them. Insurance company sent me elsewhere for repair of the damage described below. $780 estimate. When I have an itemized list I intend to update again.2020 Toyota Sienna with 30,000 miles very good condition. Dropped off after a month wait for repair of hail damage. There was an inaccurate initial estimate that was the result of incompitence. Instead of paint free dent repair the whole roof had to be replaced. It spent over a month in the shop. Most of that sitting and waiting for parts due to the aforementioned innacurate estimate. This caused us to exceed our max rental allownace and having to pay out of pocket for a rental. Communication was abismal. When we finally get our car back the following issues were identified:-Missing roof rail trim on both sides-Front overhead lamp console is hanging loose from the roof-Headliner fabric seams were untucked and exposed with greasy finger stains throughout.-Shoulder elevation adjustment on second row driver's side is dysfunctional-Seatbelt on second row driver's side will not retract. We discovered this AFTER we installed our daughter's car seat and drove her across town with a dysfunctional seatbelt.I have attempted to contact Gerber and cannot reach them.I attempted to leave a voicemail but cannot because the inbox is full.I finally get through and request to speak to Brandon, who was the lead on our repair. He dodged my call and has not returned it.I have escalated this to my Insurance company who are now having me take it to a Toyota dealership to fix their mess.0/5. Would not recommend.

This is more personal experience, they may do great work. I had a small fender bender in Jan and was told my job was too small since it wasnt an insurance job.So I had someone run a stop sign in front of me. My vehicle was drivable but barely. I called to make sure it was okay to bring it because I didn't want to drive it back home. And was told yes they work with all state and it could be looked at next week. When I got there I was told they didn't work directly with Allstate and that if I left it they wouldn't look at it for at least 3 weeks. Needless to say I drove it home and had it towed to another facility.I won't be going back to Gerber because they seem to just have too much work and not really wanting my business.I can't speak to the quality of their work though.

My car has been at their shop for 27 days waiting to be repaired for hail damage from April. They still haven’t even started on my car!!! Andrew has been handling our vehicle and has been horrible. He didn’t communicate with us about our vehicle or submit a supplement claim for the damage until our car had been there for 12 days. He finally submitted a supplemental claim to our insurance on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, two days after he told my husband he had already submitted it. The insurance adjuster said the supplement was completely incorrectly written. Things that should be replaced like the hood of our vehicle were not submitted but Andrew was trying to overcharge for other repairs. We have seen other vehicles come and go with no issue getting repaired while our vehicle has sat in their back lot gathering dust and being ignored. Very very unhappy!!!

Terrible experience! I was told my vehicle was going to be ready in two to three weeks. I dropped it off on April 12 and received it on May 18th. Meanwhile, they kept my vehicle outside during a hailstorm. I dropped off my car with no hail damage now I have a bunch of hail damage on my vehicle. I need not receive any satisfaction from my experience here and am very disappointed. I’ve been trying to call them for my hail damage and never heard back from workers. They say they will call you back but never do!

Turned in our car and was nervous, but received it back a week earlier than quoted, and it looks brand new. Super impressed that Jason kept us updated every few days, and when we notified him that car we were driving fell through he was able to get our car out 3 days later. These people are professional, accurate, and a joy to work with considering body work is not always the most fun thing to get done. Highly recommend.Services: Body & Trim
