This big fat white associate with long blonde hair chased me and my daughter around the store as if we were trying to steal something. I have never felt so uneasy about a shopping experience at any store. She watched us at every aisle we went to and then literally chased us to the registers. Ensuring we paid for our items. She made me feel so uncomfortable that my 13 yo daughter even felt like we were just being watched like a hawk. I reported her to corporate. That was unnecessary and absolutely ridiculous. She couldn’t even let us shop in peace. Won’t be returning to this particular store. She was wrong on every level. She should have been busy putting up something or cleaning up, but instead she chased us around the store to ensure we weren’t “stealing” something. Just plain stupid!

I was double charged for a transaction and nobody in the store will help me. Then I tried to just return the items and instead of a refund I have now been triple charges and there is nothing nobody can do? I just paid 80 dollars for a 12 pack of coke. DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU VALIE YOUR MONEY

Very nice and helpful. Took about 20 minutes to fill the prescription that another CVS had transferred because the other CVS didn't have it in stock. Pleased with the service!

I was visiting from out of state and forgot my meds. This pharmacy was so sweet and helpful. They really went the extra mile and made my vacation stress free. Thank you to the entire pharmacy staff.

Be prepared to wait 2hrs for prescriptions. They do not follow up with electronic prescription so make sure you put your pharmacist boots on. Be prepared to be annoyed..

If you tell someone that a prescription will be ready in 15-20 more minutes, have it ready. If you need an hour, say that. Don't have people waiting around on their lunch break telling them to wait 5 more minutes, then saying to wait 5-10 more minutes again.If there's a staffing issue, better start paying better so people will want to work there.

Updating my last review that was given as poor. This CVS as drastically improved for me personally since the last review. I have not had any issues and the current pharmacist I have used has been great. I do feel sorry for them being seemingly understaffed most the time so please be nice to them if they are falling behind, they are trying thier best!

Worst service ever in a CVS location. Had to wait a week for my medicine to be refilled even the Dr called them. When it was ready I was in line waiting through drive up but when my turn came it was 6:06pm and they close at 6pm, they just said sorry even though explained the past situation.

The employees there are nice and helpful, just never try and call. I was on hold for over an hr and still no one ever came to the phone.

I would give 0 stars if it let me. Went to pick up prescription at pharmacy that was sent at 11:30 am. First of they waited on the car line first and did not wait on me until there were 3 people in line. At 5:45 pm the prescription which was only Amoxicillin, was not ready! They close at 6:00 pm.

The worst pharmacy customer service ever, I switched from Walgreens to cvs since cvs used to be quicker but a few months back something changed at this location and it’s terrible. Takes forever for the employees to even acknowledge you then they say you don’t have a refill and you show them the text proving you do then they get an attitude. Absolutely insane especially after the lady walked by me twice without helping. If your drive Thru person is busy and ur pharmacist tech is busy maybe help the front counter with out the woman in the drive thru having to ask you to.
