Really great employee who was helpful and kind! She was working hard but the company clearly needs to staff more people to stock, organize and remove the hazardous obstacles from the spaghetti-thin isles. DG corporate clearly doesn't prioritize the basics of safety for employees or customers making it a stressful and DANGEROUSLY cramped shopping experience every time. Overpriced and overcrowded yet out of stock on half of your list... How convenient.

I deliver to this company and handle their pick ups Monday through Friday. I show up to their store on a Friday night five minutes before they close knowing exactly where I needed to go to get the medical item I needed. Their doors were locked this isn’t the first time they’ve done it. They close early all the time they were three cars in the parking lot so I know there wasn’t understaffed. If it says they close at 10 that’s what time they need to close and lock their doors.

I did a pick up order today. When I showed up to pick Up my order the lady said she gave it away to my husband.. I don't have a husband. So instead of working with me and refunding me or even giving me the items I requested, she called me a scammer. Like what. Obviously they don't know how to run that store. I called the corporate office bc all I want is my money back. She didn't even scan my app.. didn't ask for email confirmation, nothing. All she did was take my number down and give it to some random man.. I will never shop DG AGAIN. DONT DO PICK UP IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF.
