I was randomly assigned to him by my insurance as my primary care doctor a few years back - I have since started to have chronic pain issues and my experience with other practitioners has been rushed, or diminished to stress effects or augmented to spinal surgery with a 3 min window of explanation. Dr. Russel though makes me feel validated and well taken care of. I don't think he realizes it, but he's become the ray of sunshine in the middle of this storm.”

At the door I was greeted by a really professional and polite guy, I forgot to get his name but he was so kind and patient, and didn’t rush me at all with my intake paperwork. My nurse was frazzled, but very kind and the experience felt very personal. I almost felt like I was in a small-town clinic. Toni was very educational and I do plan on continuing to see them for anything I need that isn’t related to my pregnancy, as well as bringing in my child once I deliver.”
