So disappointed. I called before I went to make sure they were able to do a kids/toddler hair cut. I talked to Neil and he said they could do it no problem. So I showed up as a walk in and went back to Neil’s chair. It was no sooner than we sat down he just started buzzing my toddlers hair. Didn’t ask me what I wanted done or anything. I told him I wanted the top longer and he literally just added one level longer on the clippers and buzzed my baby’s hair. Im so sad and disappointed because it looks absolutely AWFUL. And then I had to pay $20 for it. It didn’t hit me until afterwards how terrible it looks.

Went in and a blonde hair stylist said hello and I sat down. I didn't see anywhere to sign in. After a little bit a woman cashed out a customer and didn't acknowledge me and walked away. Another customer walked in and the blonde hair stylist greeted her and signed her in saying, it will be just a few minutes. She totally ignored me and went back to work. I left.

I got absolutely abused. Y’all judge Neil’s work for yourself. Looks like this same thing happened to someone else 3 weeks ago but I was naive and didn’t read the reviews before going in. I hope my embarrassment can save the next poor unfortunate soul that considers getting a fade here.

I’ve been going to great clips since 2021, the first cut i received was absolutely horrible, I’m not sure if I wasn’t clear about what I wanted but I made it clear I wanted to have hair still, the lady was nice but dear lord she didn’t leave me with any. I went back just last month to give them a second chance, and well it was pretty much a redo of the first trip. Thats probably the last time I’ll let a woman cut my hair

If you want to get your hair butchered go see Neil. Can't fade. Sides are completely uneven. Shaved my sideburns without even asking. Back is uneven.

I wanted to recommend Morgan at the Great Clips in Yukon for our sensory sensitive kiddos! She was super patient giving breaks when he needed it and talking him through the parts with use of Clippers!
