I've used this store for several years (tires, oil changes, etc). I had an undercarriage shield break off under my car the other day and part of the skid plate was left hanging after I tore off the big piece. The skid plate would bang against the frame when I reached a certain speed (wind pressure) so I called Hibdons and asked if they would look at it on a lift since I had no way to do that myself. They said just bring it by and they'd check it out. I got my car there and apparently a couple of bolts were missing. They fixed it with new bolts and didn't charge me ANYTHING! Love that place.

21/2 hour wait to even get in to find out where I'm losing air on my new tire they sold me?!!! Wow, what poor service.

If I could do a ZERO I would. I was told approx an hour to fix a flat. However 10 minutes later we were told it couldn’t be fixed and that it would cost $136 for a new tire. I believe they never ever even looked at it. The tiny small tip of a key on the top of the tire was still in the tire. I worked at a hibdons years ago and know this is the type of hole that can be fixed. Just fyi Hibdons you will get way more business being honest and not trying to make every dollar you can !

Took my truck to get 4 new tires 10/1 Was quoted $1265 out the door over the phone. It was a Sunday and i had to drive back home to Lubbock that night so it worked great. When I get to the location the desk person quoted me $1485 for the same tires, hesitantly I agreed. I dropped my truck off before church at 10am. I called at 230pm and the person on the phone said my truck was next up. 545 i get a call that my truck was done.. I pick up the truck and it has a tpms not working light. I call. The person said "drive it for 20 miles to calibrate it". I did, nothing. I look online and see they need to be calibrated. The next weekend I drive to Yukon from Lubbock to get the sensors calibrated. I explain to the self-proclaimed "manager" that my TPMS wasnt calibrated and my tires feel underinflated. He looks at a tech and tells him "go calibrate that tpms real quick" this was 10am and I was headed to church and explained id be back in a couple hours. I call at 1145 and the same guy said "yea we are heading out now to do it" I stop by the store at 2pm. They cant seem to find my keys or the ticket. I look out the side window and i see a tech and the "manager" heading to my truck with a calibration tool. I approached them and explained that this was a come back and asked why the tech didnt do it the two other times the "manager" said he was. The "manager" denied ever telling him to do it or telling me on the phone they were doing it. During this exchange we find out one of the tpms sensors was broken in the process of them mounting the tires. I noticed on the calibration tool that every single tire was underinflated. The manager began to explain that it was "a colder day and hes seen tpms sensor batteries die and he couldnt help because it was too late in the day. So AGAIN i drive back to lubbock with no traction control, no tpms, and underinflated tires. I file a complaint with their 1800 number. A few days later Rick calls and explains that kid isnt a manager and next time im in town he wants to be there to watch them fix my truck. Last weekend I called the store to tell them i was in town and i needed my truck fixed. The employee was helpful but explained he would be in a lot of trouble if he called rick or gave me rivks number. Which was strange to me being a manager of a business. He gave me ricks number. I called several times and left texts. 0 response to date. I called the 1800 number yet again and was told that this complaint was elevated and i would be contacted in 24 hours. Its been over a week and no contact. Ive never had a worse experience in 20 years of buying tires.

Got a tire rotation and balance and an alignment done - resolved some handling issues, great service. Car was delivered within 15 minutes of the estimated time, without an appointment. Very satisfied.

Go in at 4, they close at 6. Said they could not get to me. Competitor said if you make in before they close they stay until they get you done.

Don't recommend waiting on your car. Had an appointment right at open and was literally the first person in the store. Went for an hour walk, came back and the car hadn't been moved. Probably expect a 2-3 hour wait in any circumstance

This place is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service. Intake did not listen to my issue, or honor my request of just changing a single tire. I took my car in, told the guy at check in my tire would not hold air for more than an hour and it will most likely need to be replaced. This gentleman was not alone at the desk there were 4 other men, 2 sitting on their phones, so when I was told to come back in an hour my car would be done, I thought hey they aren't bogged down today. Said awesome and went to run errands. An hour passes I stop by to check progress, since I was close. 4 guys sitting outside not eating lunch just on their phones sitting inside the bays and on the curb. My car hadn't been touched. Another hour goes by it's now 330, I call and check progress, car still hasn't been looked at. Okay busy Saturday, should've made an appointment, that's on me.. 430 I call they had just gotten my car into the bay and I was told it would be done by close at 6. Awesome I go into the store at 545 and was told hey we found out your tire has a slow leak. Yes I told you that at check in, has the tire been changed? Oh no ma'am we were just about to call you. Okay well it's closing time, what's the plan for my car? Deer in headlights. I wouldn't be so disappointed if I hadn't seen multiple people not working. Just not good service.
