I went in there about 10:15 and they opened at 10:00. I had called a couple times before and I just walked in and she was in the back playing on her phone. She acted like it was a lot to get up and come to the desk. She asked me if I was a client with them and if id been there before and I said no and I was trying to keep saying what I was there for and she shut me down and said she didn’t think she had appointments for today and she didn’t do walk ins. Well, ma’am if you wound have let me talk to set up an appointment while you were doing nothing and no one was in there, but I ll just go to the city. I had recently moved to El Reno and was looking to make that one my new one, but I’ll continue to go to the city. She rushed me in and out of there. I don’t even know her name … she didn’t give it to me, blonde hair, blue eyes, really tan skin and not professional. This was ok 12/2/24. I’ve been with HR Block for years. Seems like anyone can work there now. Maybe this location is not what you need for professional services

We followed Linda Harris's advice to the letter, and now I'm in a financial bind with my payroll and the IRS. It's a big case that we are having to work out. I would not advise using this unit, let alone H&R Block. They don't seem educated enough.

I called to get an appt on my vacation they said yeah we can get it called and canceled the appointment she was sick. Fine reschedule for a week later I exchange time at work to get it in the tax professional is still sick and they call me as I'm driving home to get the documents i ask them to get me any agent they can that is not sick. Reschedule again they said oh I called you at 3pm and left a voice mail checked my voice mail nothing so they either called the wrong # or lied about doing it. Either way I'm never going back to this branch. It should not take 3 weeks to get me in or call me last second to reschedule for sickness if you're too sick to come in call in the morning

I love the fact that I can go in and be out in less than 30 minutes. Linda Harris is amazing and very down to earth which I really like. She explains everything to me each year. I have been going to her for years! She's really an Awesome and very knowledgeable about my taxes. She even talks with me about the next year taxes as well. I give 5 Stars. No one will ever change my mind.

Don't go here. Despite having a confirmed appointment when I got there they said oh no that's just corporate, you're on a waiting list, would you like to drop off your documents? When I started asking questions to see if they could handle my tax returns, turns out nope, no way. One of the CPAs proudly plopped a tax handbook on the counter and pointed to a relevant passage for why, no, what I wanted did not apply to me. I no kidding read two paragraphs after that and pointed it out. The CPA went from adamantly claiming right to deflated, resentfully agreeing that she was wrong. No. Thank. You. The tax handbook is written at like a 5th grade reading level....Promptly called and complained to corporate H&R Block, and have an appointment (a real appointment!!) with someone who will be bored by my taxes probably based on his repertoire. I'm sure they can file simple taxes here but at that point, why aren't you using turbotax?
