1/3/23VA patient using Mission Act Urgent Care Services. Lady at check in was absolutely adamant they do not serve VA patients. Very condescending, and rude.Called the VA/Mission Act office back to verify I was in the correct location. Yes. I was. They even gave me an approval number. Lady at desk was not happy, at all. scoffed and said she would just have to call her supervisor.Office manager said they would let me be seen today, but to expect a bill. Since they don't see patients under Mission Act. Even though mission act people said they do, other reviews indicate the same. The lady relented, then started taking intake information. Kept spouting about Mercy Policy (like it's set in stone and never changes?) Said to call her back when I get a bill.I would have gone elsewhere, but the other urgent care nearest home was closed.

Every time I come in the drs are amazing. The lady at the front desk though treats me like complete garbage every single time. I have never felt so small. The way she talks down to me is uncalled for. I’m already sick and don’t feel good her treating me like I’m incompetent is uncalled for. I have been coming here for 15 years and have never been treated this way. She is rude and hateful. I asked her today what her issue was and why she felt the need to treat me this way and she just rolled her eyes and said have a seat.

I will start by saying that I was impressed with how fast I was seen. However the receptionist or whoever was working the front desk was very rude and clearly does not have good bed side manners. Don’t understand why she had a terrible attitude and was talking down to me. If you don’t like your job find a new one. Can’t believe they let people with such terrible attitudes man the front desk. I will say the provider was very nice and I was able to get my X-ray very fast and the x-ray technician was nice. They are the only reasons why this isn’t a 1 star review.

I am extremely sick and they were able to get me in asap. They also take my insurance, which is nice, considering no one seems to take it. The PA is awesome. He is quite literally the sweetest most knowledgeable man ever. I will definitely make them my primary from now on because of how impressed I was. The nurse that did my vitals and tests was awesome too. The lady upfront didn’t seem all that happy to be there, but hey, we all have bad days. I will definitely be back.

Took my best friend in there today for a severely scratch eye. N Refused to see her. Dr told her they couldn't help her, so she ended up in the ER. There she got taken care of, was in severe pain. Don't waste your time! Bypass this place, very uncaring and unprofessional as well as unpleasant! Snotty attitude!

I called and got appointment same day. Greated by friendly front desk clerk. Quick check in. Waited approximately 5 min and was called back by nurse. Friendly and did job well. Only waited for doctor maybe 5 min. Friendly and helpful. Will use again. You don't have to call ahead, but was nice to have appt time.

Not really convenient when you have to schedule an appointment. At least the staff is nice

Let me save you a visit to this place, or at least I hope yours is better. first and last time I will ever step foot inside a mercy facility. I am a disabled veteran who typically goes directly to the VA for all my needs but the VA does not offer urgent care/ walk-ins, so they have a list of approved facilities (this one being one) well I wake up feeling feverish, body pains, lungs super heavy and tight, could not hardly talk the first few hours after waking up. Well I go here for to have them check me out and I was greated with attitude from all staff, from filling out intake paperwork, to the window lady in the waiting room saying she don't have time to do the steps to check in a veteran "because she had to call the VA for a approval number" the nurse that took me back only checked blood pressure and swabbed throat and nose, paid no attention to my lung issues I expressed, the tightness, short of breath a s filling swollen. Doctor came in a few moments later, said everything was negative and gave a antibiotic and steroids, the pharmacy said he had no idea how to check out a veteran, at this point I was done, asked to forward everything to the VA. I'll never go back. While waiting in the room I could hear the glass waiting room lady and the nurse outside making rude and vulgar comments about patients and myself. Absolutely worst place I've been. I would love to reply to the mercy comment but it won't allow me to, so I'm doing it here. Id rather not email yall, I read the other comments and comments from 8 months ago stated the same disregard and disrespect from the tattooed nurse and clearly nothing has been addressed because she's part of my complaint. Still haven't gotten any medication info sent to the VA and it's been over 24 hours.

Scheduled an appointment and the older woman who attempted to check us in seemed to be clueless to the process. Made some claims that the insurance was telling them by DOB was incorrect which was interesting because she also claimed that she needed a paper copy of the Aetna insurance to scan into the computer.

I called at 1020, scheduled an appointment for 1100, and created a profile. I was treated, released and prescribed medication within 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and professional.

Clearly says online that they are a walk in clinic and I have been here several times during covid and was just turned away because I was told they only take appointments. They take their last "appointment" at 7:15. Not very happy since this is where I have taken my family for the last 4yrs and then all of a sudden this is their new policy because of "covid", are they the only ones not aware of the numbers going down.

I pulled up with my Daughter who was having an allergic reaction. (2 years old) at 7:43 pm on saturday night, a lady met me at the door and locked it, told me to drive to the ER & they would not see us.

Horrible people!! I walked up to the front door with my 2 year old having a severe allergic reaction tonight at 7:45. The sign said open and the lady was locking the front door I tried to tell her she was having an allergic reaction, she said take her to the ER!!! Are you kidding me!!! She said last patient is at 7:30, well ok, then turn the open light off!!!!

Went in at 7:45 on a Saturday 1/29 and was refused to be seen as my wife was holding our 2 year old daughter who was having and allergic reaction. The lady upfront told my wife that they don’t see patients after 7:30 and “we should just take her to an emergency room” all their signs say they are open until 8:00. I’d highly recommend finding another urgent care if you’re having an urgent situation, maybe one that cares about their patients more so than closing 10 mins early.

One person can make your entire experience in this profession horrible! And she did it! I would NEVER advise, recommend or anything to anyone to come here for ANY REASON! One bad “nurse” hates her job or her hours or whatever and takes it out on her patients makes the entire experience worth NEVER coming back for. I could care less what doctor she sees or what care i get from here on out. This person should be fired! No question about it.
