Very friendly staff, epitome of what a bank should look like. However, the pens stick, a minor problem, but you can't rate 4.9.

Only 2 atms in my city and out of cash 1/3 of the time. They also charge me to use other atms. The other banks atm will charge me a fee and then my own. You should be paying me a fee to use other banks atms. Outrageous greed.
If i didn't have 30 accounts tied to this bank i would've dropped them years ago.

Great bank. I have always gotten good service. I know if I have any questions I will always get answers and advice without having to make an appointmentand I get to speak to a person when. I phone the bank, not a machine

This bank is a great bank. The only issues are the app and online banking. It is newer and it is a poor design. The app will not work properly as you have to keep shutting off your phone and starting the app over again just to get logged in.
