The girl who took my dog from me when I dropped him off to get his hair done, pulled him by his leash. I wish I would have taken him back home but I was relieved to find out she wasn’t the one who was going to do his hair. When I came to pick him up, a different girl tried to give me the wrong dog. They gave my dog the wrong haircut and treatment, and I received the wrong ticket to boot. (The girl whose ticket I paid for had a nail trim on it btw and my dog didn’t get a nail trim). And the next day someone called to try to get me to pay for the package that I had booked and did not get. I will never go back.

Was a little tough to get any assistance in the fish department. Went back to the front twice and asked for help, second time, the young man ended his conversation with the cashier and came and assisted us.

I was very upset when I went to petsmart on line it said you had swardtail fish so I drove 70 miles to get some but to find out you didn't have any and the lady said I could go 10 more miles and they might have some. Stupid right.
