Zero stars if possible. Unhelpful, rude. Wouldn't accept a return because the item wasn't purchased with their location. The entire reason I went there was because the other location and online were sold out of the product. The product I bought had been used. I would think that any business selling an used product would be eager to fix the issue regardless of if that item was purchased at another location. Complete waste of space. What is even the point of this location?

The staff never actually spoke to me so I guess it would be unfair to say they were rude but there were several other people in the Sephora section with me and the 2 staff members were behind the registers scrolling on their phones. I actually did need help but I didn't want to disrupt them.

The workers were awesome! Not a phone in sight, everyone just living for the moment!! Horrible place. They don’t come to help you even you need them. They spend more time for talk and playing theirs phone. I can't imagine how they trained those girls!!!I will never come back

Anytime i've entered the store in the past few months it seems like most employees dread their job. I usually come in to shop in sephora (which btw they always provide the best service and are extremely helpful and nice) However on my last visit i decided to shop in kohls and i won't make that mistake again. The employees are rarely helpful with finding things. One of the customer service women told me she doesn't know where every single thing in the store is and i should go find it myself, as well one of the managers kara seemed to be talking down to her employees in a way that i found extremely unprofessional. The girl looked like she was going to cry walking away from her. Other than sephora i won't be shopping in this store if this is how the staff and customers are treated. incredibly disappointed.

Love Kohls, but had an odd thing happen at checkout today at the Yukon store. 4/3/22 at 12:39 pm. Store #0489. I had received a gift card, used it for my purchase today. Gift card ending in #6383. Total was $54.40 Card had $100 on it. Cashier took my gift card, laid it aside where I could not get it, and handed me my merchandise. Acted like I was ready to go. I asked her…. Did this use up my gift card? She said….oh I’m sure it did. I was shocked… she wasn’t giving it back or checking how much was still on it. I asked for it back… she gave it to me and I looked at my receipt.. sure enough there is $45.60 left on my gift card. What the hell?

Stopped in for the first time to a Sephora location. Wanted to pick up a few items. They actually had a fairly good selection for a location within a location. They had a good amount of makeup and hair care. It was quick to get in and out. It was at the front of the store. The negative about this location was the staff never spoke to me until check out. There were three staff all huddled up together, laughing and talking. Never asked to help, or what I was looking for. I felt as though they were laughing and talking about us. For this reason, I would not shop here again.

Super clean and one of the friendliest stores we have visited. Jenny, our cashier, was super sweet and deserves a raise.
