I really like our Staples in Yukon, OK. The associates are really helpful and will go out of their way to help. They are knowledgeable and often suggest ways to save money on printing and things like that. The store is super clean and organized compared to other office supply stores. I am an artist, and can find a lot of art supplies there, and accessories to support me.

I really most of the time enjoy coming to this Staples to do Amazon returns but it’s hit or miss some of the women working there will do UPS and some of them will not. It clearly says on the front of their building that they do UPS so I don’t know. ?♀️ I honestly feel like they just don’t want to do their job? or they just aren’t trained correctly ??♀️

The employees at Staples have always been kind and helpful. Last week I took several study guides in to be spiral bound with extra pages added for taking notes. They did an excellent job.

Drove about 25-30 minutes to grab a couple of Really Useful Boxes, as they were the only Staples still open.Pulled up at 8:56, walked towards the door to watch an employee turn off the automatic doors, look right at me, and walk back inside.Stood at the door until 9:00pm, at which time I walked back to my car.They were already closing out tills before they even hit the official closing time.I'd have been in and out before closing time.To look right at me with 3 minutes still left to their closing time feels quite questionable, but maybe that's just Staples Policy, to close before posted closing time.

Do not buy if you buy printer. Purchased inkjet printer barely a month old and it broke. I had receipt and thought they would just exchange for one that isn’t broke but they will not. Talked to a supervisor and online customer service.
Only have 14 day window to return so if something breaks, you have to make claim with manufacturer and send the printer back even though you bought the printer at staples. Most stores offer 90 day window. Staples you can do better and will no longer purchase from this company.

Kristin was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful, patient, and walked be through the online ordering process to order my wedding invitations and save the dates as I stood in front of her. She advised me in the best options and provided the upmost customer service. The invitations and save the dates were completed in the same day and they look amazing!
