I had a slab leak. Joey from Drain Guys is friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, provided a written estimate so no surprises, worked without excessive breaks, cured my leak, and tidied up, all in one day. What could be better than that?

Joey and Jason were both so professional, timely, well spoken, and friendly. They were able to come out the next day and took the time to explain everything I had questions about and fixed what needed to be fixed right away. It's rare to find good quality plumbers that check all the boxes but The Drain Guys are absolutely our new permanent plumbers and we will continue to use and recommend them.

Jason and Joey with The Drain Guys have been great to work with. We had a major plumbing problem in our primary bathroom. They worked tirelessly to resolve the issue at a fair price. We would highly recommend these guys!

I had The Drain Guys repipe my house. It was a huge job and they ended up destroying my house far more than necessary. Also communication was deficient as we were billed for a leak which should have just been fixed saying it was my 'fixture' that was at fault. They put profits above customer satisfaction, billing me for a leak that should have just been fixed. So they nickel and dime me. I am a disabled veteran and feel they took advantage.

The Drain Guys are prompt, help find solutions, and do what they say they are going to do! They solved a years-long problem with my home that is now no longer an issue, and helped it fit in my budget. I don't recommend contractors very often. I definitely recommend these folks!

The company was able to quickly come out and troubleshoot my tankless water heater. Their estimate for the repair and replacement was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed for plumbing repairs. They also helped me diagnose a water leak on a separate occasion. Fast and efficient!
