“Blew out two tires after hitting a curb by the Science Museum. Couldn’t get in touch with my insurance company to get a tow. Called my wife, who works for State Farm, and said Thunder is who her office uses. Called Thunder and Joe, one of the partners, gave me an ETA of an hour and a half. It was a Friday night after all. Called my wife back and told her it would be awhile. Several minutes later Joe called back and said the other partner, Scott, was en route. Got towed all the way back to the Edmond dealership where I work, bending Scott’s ear about my wife’s cancer during the drive. The short of it: professional, good human beings. I recommend Thunder Wrecker whether your insurance company uses them or not. Scott even drove me home. A handshake wasn’t enough for this man. They are truly a credit to their profession. Thank you. “Above and beyond quality service from.the staff to the General Manager who assisted me with an overlooked matter that was addressed immediately. Also, I was impressed with the African American woman doing mechanic maintenance work and a African American guy on top of cleaning and preparing the trucks for their next destination. Meanwhile, both of these individuals were able to take out time to assist me and went back to their duties. Awesome!”
“Long story short ~ called AAA for help changing a tire damaged & completely flat. After 1 1/2 hours & no word fr anyone called AAA again. Was told because of time of day, rural area, & a nationwide shortage of towing/roadside assistance companies it was hard to find someone. I mentioned towns near me & AAA knew of this company, highly recommended them, checked w them & said it would be appr 50-60 minutes. Other services would be appr 5-6 HOURS. BTR contacted me & was there in 28 minutes! Thank you BTR for your fast professional service!”
“I had to have an emergency tow today. I did use my membership towing service, and Bad Day was assigned to me. My driver was Ben. He is AMAZING!!!! Great communication, prompt, pleasant, crazy nice, helpful, respectful, well groomed, great conversationalist, just all around an A+ guy!!!! Hands down will use him every time if I get to pick. I've had the unfortunate need for several towing experiences in the last year or so with several Tow Services. They have all been great but I still think Ben and Bad Day is head and shoulders above the rest. Please use them! Even if you don't have a membership and need to call them directly. I don't care if they aren't the cheapest, they are worth the money! Ben made me feel at ease even in the middle of my "Bad Day"!!!”
“I was having car trouble and I called multiple tow trucks and they were so outrageous on their prices. My daughter found miracle towing and we waited about 15 minutes and they were there to help us and we are so greatly appreciated. The tow truck guy Lorenzo was so very kind And respectful. They had the lowest prices and they were there right away. We will forever be thankful for a miracle towing. I will be saving their number in my phone for if I ever need another tow truck I will be calling them

“I was in a real bind with freezing weather and broke down. I ran out of fuel running the generator to stay warm and these guys were the only one who answered out of 20 places I called stating to be 24 hours but wouldn’t answer the phone. They brought 50 gallons of fuel and got me refueled.”
“My Peterbilt was involved in an accident. I did not feel safe driving it since I could not open the hood to check to see if any damage had been done mechanically. I called V-Haul towing and they were out there to help me very quickly and were able to tow my vehicle to the repair facility. The driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very refreshing to have someone take such good care of me and my truck after such a traumatic experience. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good service at a fair price.”

“We called A-Z Towing to tow our 2015 Ram 1500 from Mustang to Bethany. David, our driver was courteous and friendly. He was very experienced driver and operator. Our vehicle was handled with care. We would use them again (hopefully we don't need to) in the future. We also thought the rates were more than reasonable.”
