Recommended a local Ayers Auto Service and coordinated getting my son’s truck to the shop while he was at work. Had the truck in the shop within an hour. “Long story short ~ called AAA for help changing a tire damaged & completely flat. After 1 1/2 hours & no word fr anyone called AAA again. Was told because of time of day, rural area, & a nationwide shortage of towing/roadside assistance companies it was hard to find someone. I mentioned towns near me & AAA knew of this company, highly recommended them, checked w them & said it would be appr 50-60 minutes. Other services would be appr 5-6 HOURS. “Charlie is a master. When the transmission shifter linkage bushing failed on my 2010 Corvette, it would not go into any gear and I was stranded 10 miles from home.We immediately called A-Z Towing and Charlie was there within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation, checked to see if he could fix the problem, and when it was apparent he couldn't, he used every precaution known to man (using skids and wooden blocks) to keep any part of the body of my car from touching or scraping the ground as he loaded it onto the rollback. Upon arriving at our home, he was able to maneuver the truck underneath our carport and place the car precisely on our lift in the garage. Charlie then had us raise the lift so he could show us the location of the rear bushing and also gave us hints on how to remove the console to replace the front bushing advising us to replace both .He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We have never seen anyone able to maneuver a truck and rollback so perfectly. Kudos to you, Charlie, you are a master at your job and a valuable asset to the representation of A-Z Towing. Thanks, A-Z Towing, you will always be our first call when in need. (BTW, both bushings have now been replaced)”
