I have been coming here for years, one of the only places I trusted, but that trust has been lost! I went there having car issues and asked if they checked other fluids while doing the oil change and they said they did. I was told my power steering fluid was low, but they didn't have any power steering fluid at the time so I should go check Autozone. Come to find out.... my car doesnt HAVE a power steering fluid resevoir because it's electric! AND my brake fluid resevoir was critically low! So:
1. Either he straight up lied about checking any fluids and only repeated what my suspicions were (I said i thought it could be power steering).
2. or he doesn't know the difference between these two resevoirs and gave me incorrect information that, had I not looked into it, caused me serious problems with my brake, or if they DID have power steering fluid and he did put it in the brake fluid resevoir, would seriously damage my brake lines!!!!
I am a pretty forgiving person, but if you're going to be handling machinery that can potentially kill people when it malfunctions, you HAVE to know these things! I don't know how you don't in your job. Please train and oversee your new staff more. Also, PLEASE TURN ON YOUR PHONES. Thank you.

I have been with Tuff's since they first opened! The technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They do a great job! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

used to love coming here. would drive all the way from the city just to get my oil changed by them. the men are always so nice and helpful. it used to be 35 to get my oil changed now it’s $70+. don’t know what happened.
