This was a very clean and organized ulta! I felt as though the staff was helpful but kept a great distance. IYKYK

Now I will say the cashier that helped me today was a breath of fresh air, but I will say I hate this location. I really do from the time that you guys first open in 2018 and me being the only black person in perfumes and someone go and go help that black lady… to now I made almost a $500 purchase when you guys were having 4x times the points. Which gave me over $80 in points. I came back into the store to exchange four things for the same thing just a different color instead of exchanging it they refunded me and made me re-purchase it. So I was like OK well, then I’ll just redeem some points but my points were not on there and the manager says they’ll be back on there in 24 hours. My bad this was on May 29. I never checked until Monday. Not only do I not have my points I’m negative in points. I have spent three days on the phone with customer service and I keep getting hung up on. So today I just had to take back basically $500 worth of used products that I love because you guys are an idiot and tried to screw me on my point.

I am a weekly customer. I was in the elf section and I was bent over trying to grab a beauty blender because they were at the very bottom and an ulta employee very rudely said “excuse me” like I was in her way. She gave me the dirtiest look also. So I stood up and moved and she wasn’t even by the spot I was in so I bent back down to try to choose one. Usually the employees are really nice and asking if I need help but not this one. I found the right beauty blender and also picked up my order I had placed.

I'm only writing this because I think it's really wrong for a place to force customers to give up their personal information.
The cashier Maria would not let me checkout/buy what I came in to buy without entering my name and phone number. Even though I declined and she said she cannot ring me up unless I do so. I asked her several times if I had to and she angrily said yes every time. After I left, I did a search on their policy and it did not say I had I had and it was only optional to sign up.
I did talk to the manager about this and I understand there might be incentives for employees to sign people up for their program but this is a total invasion of personal information.
Please be aware of this and decline if you don't want to.
Ulta, please correct this behavior with Maria.

First time at an Ulta Beauty store in years and had an amazing experience thanks to the young lady Brooke that helped me out in the makeup department! She was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful! I will definitely be back to this location!

Couldn’t even get the makeup I needed, because my daughter (under 5) and I were followed by two different employees like we may be trying to steal. It was so obvious and irritating. Glad there is a Sephora down the street. Please don’t profile people.

my friend and i went to ulta this monday to pick up my birthday gift and to browse around and look at the fragrances. the whole time we there we might’ve been a bit loud but we were being respectful, we’re just two girls trying to look at perfumes. since the moment we got there we had multiple employees come up to us and asked if we needed anything but we didn’t really find that weird because we also work in retail but while we were looking at fragrances a male employee came up to us and recommended a few. at first we thought nothing of it but we noticed that he wouldn’t leave the area and he stayed close to us at all times and he would even budge into our conversations. we soon realized that they were making sure we didn’t steal because i ducked down to smell a Good Girl perfume and he ran around the corner to check if i didn’t take anything. It was upsetting for us because we didn’t do anything but talk and laugh (as one does with their friends) and we were just looking around, after noticing this, i told my friend that we were being watched and we immediately left. Keep in mind we were the only hispanic girls in there but there was a few people there, yet we were the only ones being watched.

Trying out scents or shades requires in-store interaction, but once you're familiar with your preferred spectrum, do your research, wait for sales, order online, pick up when ready. Simple.

This is a Ulta I will never shop back at. The workers were rude and had an attitude. There was a colored women I do not know her name, who kept following me and my sister when shopping. I wanted to take 2 samples of primers to see which would work best for me and they said no. That they only permit one. YET the Ulta on MacArthur gives me more than 2. NEVER have had a problem with that Ulta. Do better.
