My family, and friends have all switched to United pharmacy from the "Big Corporate" pharmacies due to their incredible customer service and dedication. We've had nothing but great experiences with United Pharmacy. We are customers for life.

I've have been driving out of my way for over 5 yrs United always goes above & beyond with their old school customer service you rarely find anywhere these days. If ive had insurance issues, prior auths being delayed expensive medication not being covered they help handle it. Unlike other places who tell u to call ur ins or dr. My meds are always filled before I arrive. They call always return my calls & even call me before I arrive if insurance is processing or they're behind. So I don't waste a trip or have to wait. Unlike other places that wait til i arrive then notice an issue & make me come back 2x or wait over an hr. You won't be disappointed in this family owned establishment!

Shaun I need you to call me. The pharmacy told me friday I coukd pick up my morphinm Monday. I get here and no meds. No one called me to tell me or nothing. I would appreciate a call when your out of my meds. Not when I get here after saying it will be ready today.. I amnvery upset. ●●update spoke with Shaun and hopefully they will call from here on out. Thank you Shaun.

Always very friendly, and they even start to remember you after a bit. One of the pharmacists even tried to guess who in my family of 3 I was picking up for once.

I made the switch from the big pharmacy chains to United Pharmacy and there is no looking back. I would wait hours for my prescription to be filled with the chain pharmacies. With United Pharmacy, hours waiting has turned into minutes. I am happy to support this locally owned business.

Absolutely the best pharmacy in yukon. Absolutely the best service and employee's. They go out of the way to help and discuss what medications you have been prescribed. The wait time for your prescriptions to be filled out are 2 hrs less than the large box pharmacies.
