I tried to call this store to get help with my prepaid device. Couldnt call 211 im disabled senior...the lady was somwhat helpful transferring me to customer service...didn't work got hung up on cs. Called back (this is where I got my phone & service this loxation) The guy there hung up on me!! After crying frustrated i couldnt use 211. Now they wont answer the phone at all. (THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL STORE ITS A AGENT STORE) I called corporate said they'll file a complaint with the owner of this store...he needs better workers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! GO TO MACARTHUR AND I-40 LOCATION...ITS THE REAL STORE...thier freindly and so helpful.

This company has great customer service n excellent cellular services. They also have many other services such as internet n cell phone products as well as speakers for if you are having a small party for a birthday or small get together.

The Yukon store employees have been best that I have had experience with...I've used el Reno ne.exp. s.macarter...n.may stores...an by far Yukon has been a very pleasant an helpfully store.. highly recommend

The manager is extremely incompetent. Jeremiah seems to think he knows everything but had to call his boss for every little thing. He's a puny man with a self inflated ego. This wannabe manager will never make it far in life with his snarky attitude and lack of accountability. I sure wish the store I usually go to was still open. Save yourself the time and headaches. And do not come to this store.

Had my card information stolen at this store. I had to get in contact with the police because the manager wasn't much help. I dont know what kind of scam you guys think your running, but if you have US cellular stay far away from this store.

I really do appreciate the store’s manager, Jeremiah, and his staff for everything they helped me with! I had a phone that I broke and they did an excellent job of assisting me through the process. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. Super impressed and keep up the good work!

We came to the Yukon store and was greeted warmly by Tray who went above and beyond to insure the best customer service we have ever experienced. He showed me a better phone with a better plan. He explained the process of upgrading with absolutely no pressure. I will definitely come back to this store!Karen Elliott
