I have rented her since they opened. When I first came, it was open 24 hours, and that is why I chose them. It is the one thing I dont like, that hours were changed after 2 break-ins. It happened city wide. They were not singled out. For the most part, large units where i am are primarily businesses.

The owner is not only hard of hearing but rude.Went in this morning with my wife to place more belongings in our unit. He asked for i.d. then had to tell him the unit number three times. We had been once before with another employee and went through the office to put our belongings inside and thought it was fine because we weren't told otherwise. He went all around the world being condescending to say the inside units are only accessed through the gate. lol The irony of him looking for people with great customer service skills! This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the shortest amount of time!!
